Yes but not for the TS Mirv, if you look at my older Overkill Mirv videos and this one, the damage are actually the same, so for some bethesda reason the mirv did not get nerfed :) Also Mirv mod will burst out 5 mini nukes and a TS mirv is 10 of those, tested the bloodied version aswell it dosnt come close to the total damage that the TS Mirv do :) EDIT: I might have used Explosive bobbleheads in my older vids, i dont do that today ofc as they are kinda pricy now :)
It is a set of weapons that I have not really looked into of late, as the FIxer and the likes are somewhat nerfed badly or rather enemies are now bullet sponges, so I may just move over to the total annihilation weapons after watching this!
As far as I know the explosive effect is fixed for explosive launchers on PTS. So a crafted Fatman with Twoshot and Explosive might be better than the Overkill unique weapon. Btw. on PTS the nerf to Twoshot for explosive launchers was reverted, so they should all do double damage again if this goes live with the next patch.
Wait I thought Missile, Nuke and Grenade launchers didn't benefit from Heavy Gunner and Stabalized ? Did they chamge it recently or was that allways like that ?

The 2 shot effect for explosive launchers have been nerf since last patch, bloodied, explosive is now a lot better than 2 shot for launchers

The Stabilized perk works for explosive launchers, but Heavy Gunner perks don't have any effect on them.
The main reason i have heavy gunner on is because i normally run with mirv overkill and then a bloodied gauss minigun.
Those deal extra dmg to pcs 😂
