Higher Place is to me a very beautiful rendition of seeking the presence and love of God. Laura does such a magnificent job of singing it and I wonder if she wrote this. I personally am so enamored with Laura and her fantastic abilities and I hope that I can be forgiven of my obvious bias. Though this song does not bring to the fore her great range of abilities and marvelous talent, the song is itself so beautiful it brings upon me a degree of reverence and solitude that is often difficult otherwise to attain except when I am listening to her. Higher Place is to me a very beautiful rendition of seeking the presence and love of God. Laura does such a magnificent job of singing it and I wonder if she wrote this. I personally am so enamored with Laura and her fantastic abilities and I hope that I can be forgiven of my obvious bias. Though this song does not bring to the fore her great range of abilities and marvelous talent, the song is itself so beautiful it brings upon me a degree of reverence and solitude that is often difficult otherwise to attain except when I am listening to her.
