Thanks for helping me remove my batter permanently. saved alot of money with this solution. my battery only lasted 1 minute and had a burning smell when it was charging.
One of my neighbors asked me to help her with her 15-7573 It came with a 2TB HDD and I wanted to upgrade it for her since her husband always plows our driveway. Thank you for the help!!
Thank You for posting this video. I had directions but your video was more informative and more detailed to replace the battery. It took me all of 10 minutes.

I need to swap out my battery and this was very helpful. wondering if I should add a 16 Gig memory to my existing 8 gig? But with his video I bought the battery from Dell and will not go to Bet Buy. Great DIY video

Great video, thank you! Super easy to replace my battery thanks to you. I cleaned some dust off the fan and now after rebuilding I have some noise from the fan I didn’t have before. Did I damage the fan from cleaning? Seems like it makes more noise when I put pressure in that area so I’m thinking maybe the back plate is over tightened?
Great example. Hi, I've got a Dell Inspiron 7573 2-in-1 and want to transfer the Windows 11 system from the 250GB m.2 SSD to a 2 1/2 in 2TB SSD drive. I opened up the laptop and located the caddy space, but I couldn't find a built-in connector for the new SDD or a plug connector for a SATA cable to connect to the board. Any suggestions? Thank you.
Hello , I have this exact laptop, but my slot does not have an SSD attached, I would like to install one, I dont know anything about upgrades, i only had to replaced my battery which is why i opened it up...do you know if i can add an ssd card, and maximum? thanks a bunch
@@ItsBinhRepaired For the M.2, as you mention on the video, mine does not have anything, and I am assuming due to the 2.5 sata... which is connected, unlike the one in your video..which you explain that is not..

Thanks! Is it okay to leave the batter connector inside the case while the connect is still connected to the motherboard end only. I'm assuming it's safer this way since removing it makes all the pins on the motherboard end exposed.

Awesome, glad it helped. I highly recommend an SSD if you don't have one already. 8GB RAM is OK for most use.

Would there be a problem if I was to install a 39wh battery aftermarket?
Only if it's not designed to work with the computer and faulty or something.

A 56wh battery will take part of the space for the SATA disk. You can use the 56wh battery if you don't need the room for a 1 1/2 inc disk.
2.5" sata?
