Can you give update on Seegahalli solid waste segregation processing unit (If any). Heard they are going to shift it. This has been a major headache in NKPL 2nd block, KNS Anirvan etc as there are reports of foul smell from it. Also that SWM unit in Banashankari 6th stage is such a nuisance and roadblock for people to construct own house without thinking about foul smell !!. Hope they shift them far away from city.

Owners did JDA with Builder but will the title / project be questionable considering it was not acquired by BDA

If you guys are not interested in sharing information y to share this videos to this public. It's waste of time to watch this videos.

BDA is bankrupt and all allottees have been suffering for many years due to lack of development.Association has been fighting for over 6 years but only now there is some development. The sites are under Lease cum Sale-so allottees can't sell
I recently bought 9th block for 3,300 sq ft, these guys keeping 1k profit...Too high brokerage charges....They pay to seller only 3k to 3.5k....Big scam by real estate brokers...
