I believe they plan on releasing one 5-star and one 4-star per tribe (Xilonen and Kachina for example), so... if Chasca is already the Flower Feather Clan's 5-star...

I hope capitano is still playable, but if he's not it's okay since I'm still saving for other characters. Basically it is like a safety net that prevents you from lossing too many 50/50. Let's say: You pull for a 5-star promo character and loss, the next is guaranteed and you get it. Next time you loss again and the next is guaranteed and you get it. Next time you face a 50/50, there is a 50% chance of triggering the capturing radiance mechanic and then getting the promo chara. If you loss it, the next it is guaranteed and in the next 50/50 there is a 50% chance of getting the promo chara and a 50% of triggering the capturing radiance, so in this 4th 50/50 you have the promo chara guaranteed and the capturing radiance get reset.
mine didnt trigger, lost twice before citlali. navia, diluc (lost 50/50), arlecchino (guranteed), dehya (lost 50/50 on c1 yelan i think) then got kadehara kazhua (c1 also guranteed) never won my 50/50 lol got diluc then citlali... went from 100 fates to 0 (kept trying to get her weapon, ended up with mauvika's instead rip.. atleast its not standard banner weapon)

It’s cool that we chill in 5.4. Gives me more time to just do story quests and finish up world quests in all of the nations before heading to natlan and doing all world quests there before the ending. Got a long ass road ahead but by the time I get done with natlan I would have already 100%d inazuma because I’m still waiting for reputation to get up so I can farm and then get rewards from chests, statues and e sigils for the Sakura tree with even more rewards. And I still need to 100% liyue in its world quests and chasm exploration.
Shotgun iansan is 20000% a 4 star cuz after you finish the archn quest you get pilgrim chronicle back and it shows some special msgs for all characters the 5 stars only appear on it after you finish the final tribal quest for their tribes but the 4 stars like ororon kachina and iansan are already there by default. How did I get to know well I didn't see citlali cuz even though she helped her so much she wasn't there but when I completed the tribal quest she appeared further proving my theory and I saw Jonathan's stream and he only had iansan ororon and kachina cuz he didn't cmplt any quests (may I get a welkin for this mastermind of a confirmation?)
It's not fair if they make Iansan, a trevail revealed character and one of the heroes as a 4 star. Sure we have the Ororon Citlali situation, but Varesa is only briefly mentioned and doesn't even played a huge role as Iansan did with the Archon Quest.
Fr they are just changing rarity of characters based on their popularity in CN community Iansan isn't very popular among CN players because she is not a waifu character and if varessa turns out to be pale unlike iansan we can safely say that racism also played a part

Im saving up for reruns. I really want Shenhe, Wriothesley and Kokomi which did not have a rerun at all or in a long time. For me it’s better to focus on characters that are least likely to be reruned and get them than a new/strong character that will definitely have a rerun in the future. So archons and Skirk will definitely have to wait unless I get the rest. Also i’m really curious about the archon quest where Skirk will come out. Can’t wait!

For anyone worried about Skirk’s element being cryo, don’t worry. Both Flying Flame and Full Stop Chan are very unreliable sources when it comes to making big claims like this. For example, Full Stop Chan claimed Sigewine is a electro charged dps and Clorinde is an overload dps, and we know how that turned out, lol. Flying Flame claimed Yelan was getting a skin in 5.3, Lil Buddy’s final quest in 5.3, pyro traveler being on harmony trailblazer’s level of kit usefulness, as well as a map expansion in 5.4 which was proven to be false as we can see in the 5.4 beta, and lots of other stuff that has been very wrong. Both of these sources are only dataminers who have no way to predict stuff like this and have a terrible track record, so don’t worry. Besides that, lore wise, it makes no sense for Skirk to use any of the 7 elements due to living in the abyss and being a disciple of Surtalogi who is a sinner of Khaenriah.

Making primo earns for Iansan if she turns to be a 4 star (which I think its the most probable move) and Skirk. This 5.3 first phase squeezed all my primogems, and I think I won't be spending in a long time, so most probably I will wait till 5.7. On the other hand although I got out of primos, it has been not without reward: C0 Neuvillete (from the 5.2 second phase rerun), C0 Mavuika and her R1 signature weapon, a cons for Dehya (now I have her at C3, which its really nice), and Citlali.
I think the strike of the English voice actors has something to do with the dealy of Iansan, because they dont want to release the Legendquest without voice, even all other language voice regions are not the problem. So I would not guarantee that she will come with 5.4, but the last clan region should be available sometimes ;)

Making primo earns for Iansan if she turns to be a 4 star (which I think its the most probable move) and Skirk. This 5.3 first phase squeezed all my primogems, and I think I won't be spending in a long time, so most probably I will wait till 5.7. On the other hand although I got out of primos, it has been not without reward: C0 Neuvillete (from the 5.2 second phase rerun), C0 Mavuika and her R1 signature weapon, a cons for Dehya (now I have her at C3, which its really nice), and Citlali.
This is building up to be FIREEE!!!! (not for my primos😅😅😅)

I think the strike of the English voice actors has something to do with the dealy of Iansan, because they dont want to release the Legendquest without voice, even all other language voice regions are not the problem. So I would not guarantee that she will come with 5.4, but the last clan region should be available sometimes ;)

I don't think She'll be Cryo. Personally speaking she looks like someone who would use powers that are not from Teyvat just like how Dain uses.

I can’t see iansan as a polearm user unless the polearm is a barbell. I think she’d be better as a catalyst like heizou but more sonic fighting style
