The boat ride is part of Palladium time share/travel club tour that we attended. Agents will talk to you after you register. It’s up to you if you want to attend or not… it’s not mandatory :)
Yes TRS is adults only and they have their own beach exclusive for TRS guests. TRS guests can go to the neighboring resorts thats part of the Palladium Resorts for their restaurants and activities in their property but not vise versa.
