    Mantab boss. Itu bisa lebih besar lagi. Saya udh coba 4 irek alhamdulilah bisa keluar 1000 Watt lebih.

    What was the total bands usable? 10m through 160m --- 28mhz to 1.5mhz?

      Bad Im have 2xirfp260n at 45VDC/30A Band: 3.5Mhz = input 2w - out 300w / 7Mhz = Input 4w - Out 180w / 14Mhz = Input 8W - Out50w / 21Mhz = Input 8W - Out 10w / 28Mhz = Input8w - Out 5W / At 3.5Mhz it is possible to get 500-600W with 5W input, but the transistors explode quickly.....😁 I forgot I have an input attenuator on 1,8Mhz ~ 9dB , 3,5Mhz ~ 6dB , 7Mhz ~ 3dB and 14-28 no ATT...

      I have gotten 900w on 4 irfp260n at 40v. And 1500w at 50v now it did pop a fet at 50v probably due to internal temperature so it's possible to get 1000w safely I talk on mine daily on Am it will dead key 250w swing too 500w average and 1000w pep. on SSB 900 w pep with 20w drive sandwich the FET in between a larger heatsink bottom and a smaller on top or across the top for maximum cooling I did this with 4 fets 2 parallel per side of binocular transformer and also with done this with 4 fets 1 per side of a binocular and daisy chain the binocular wire from 1 to the other with 1.5 turns per binocular to a 53pf capacitor Keep your supply voltage 40v at 50v it will do more power but not last long keep your fets matched gate capacitance and voltage use a test to match

      Did you ever get the irf250 working I have 10 I want to make a amp I tried the irf260 and had good results with 2 and now I going to build a 10 MOSFET do you have any information or things to watch for

      @@kevindrury8390 I have playing around with irf260 I see some people getting a lot more power than me I'm not sure why I have watched every video I can to see if I missed anything it doesn't help that I can only speak English and most of the video are not English if you have any information that may help would be appreciated

      @@kevindrury8390 ok I built a amp using itfp260n now I don't have a lot of drive from the radio AM 15w SSB 25/30w so I increase the dissipation voltage 30 volts and now I'm getting 550w to 600w from 2 irfp260n so I believe to achieve the same kind of output at 14vdc you need a bigger input transformer on the amp and a radio that can transmit 100w SSB so I'm going to try this theory when part come in and my bias volts is set to 1.2vdc
