It would be difficult because most universities require no less than 6.0 band in each module. A few require no less than 6.5 in each module. You should try to improve your scores if possible because this can be a hurdle to get admission which is step one for visa.

Officially you can’t work before your classes, but in vacations you can work full time
If we take Feb intake, a student can earn $9600 in 4 month on 24h/per week and then there will be unlimited work hours for 1 to 2 months in holidays. So can a student not be able to pay this his fee like this e.g. it's $11,000

Start applying in March for July intake , if you are thinking of applying now I don’t think it would be a good decision as you can’t carry out the whole process in one month, as far as Summer Session is concerned, here in Australia we have summer vacation from November not after Feb

I have an offer letter for july intake but wants to deferred it to Feb intake.. as I want to go there 3 or 4 months before classes... It will help me to settle and earn before classes... Is it possible or realistic?
Officially you can’t work before classes, but some students work now it’s on you if you want to work or not.
You cannot go like that. You will get visa but they will mention a particular date. Mostly 15-20 days before commencement of program.
