I've been watching Hoovie's videos from the very beginning, and was wondering if his "new best friend Dave" was in fact the Car Wizard. Good to know that it all started with a NSX!
@@bennyjetsaroundtheworld9047 mechanics charge 155$/hr in Canada to fix cars? No wonder western economies have moved towards disposable purchases and planned obsolesence.
I'm thinking no. People like ones in original condition not one that is customized. From the ABS, to the steering wheel, to wheels to seats he's changed it too much for a collector to pay good money for it. Not to mention he still doesn't have proper service records and the mileage is getting up there.
I feel as if the modifications he made only enhanced the look of the car and i personally would pay more for it than a stock NSX with the same mileage, but hey what do i know i drive a 2007 ford escape.
His market for when he sells it isn't the collector's market - and it isn't a collector car by any stretch. The car will go to a driving enthusiast. Supercars like that tend to be passed around like bongs at at Woodstock and it wouldn't surprise me if its been through 7 or 8 owners by now. It's still going to go up in value as they become less common...

I agree. He's good. I am still stun about the old video he has on a Mercedes v12. How he hunt down another v12 engine to replace is a miracle...or is it?
Pfahli94 both made by momo , but not the same, the replacement is a momo course. Don't know the Reds model but burning it was a little silly, even if it's to make the video more entertaining. The car looks great finished.

One of your best purchases. Your educational, entertaining videos with your smattering of self deprecating humor make for a great YT channel. Keep up the great work!
I had an issue with my last video. Tried using TH-cam editor and waited 3 hours for it to process... Seemed like it was never going to change to the newer version, so I chose to delete and re-upload. My apologies to the 20,000 people who watched, 2,000 who liked and 400 comments during the 5 hours the previous video was up. THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

It's not hard to spot a diamond in the rough if you know what you're looking for, though site unseen is quite risky. I've only done one of those, but I had a PPI completed first. Great purchase! Kind of a back handed compliment lol
How has this channel not blown up yet. This dude is really impressive as a creator.

I'm an idiot
It looks great now. Well worth it plus that sweet carbon fiber
Not sure about the "cost less" part... Any used OEM part would have to be refurbished anyways.

Love the car man. Ignore the haters!
I am quite happy that you got a brand new like NSX for such a price point, you are lucky to pull one and sell it off in profit down the road. Great work mate!!
I predict that someone will buy it in a few years and redo the interior.

you should team up with Edd China and do something like improved wheeler dealers :D
you're a legend. Such a precious and disregarded car deserve an owner like you.
Where the fuck does this guy get all this money from
Mom and dad
Ren Henry Tyler's a business owner. Used to run a dealership, and now I think he owns a restaurant in his area.
thats "restaurants" with an "s" at the end.. builds them from the ground up.
Why is everyone so bothered about where channel operators get their money? This isn't through the fucking keyhole.
Lemonade stands
I did not see your original video but dude, congrats on showing everyone how it's done.
You deleted abs? lol. insanity.
I was thinking the same thing lmao.
why? if your a good driver , u can brake better without !
abs has it flaws , like dropping brake pressure when going over a bump.
Bloody kids today, sports cars had no ABS until the 80's and 90's and I'm not dead and I'm pretty much the worst driver I know.
Early 90's into the 2000s ABS systems were shit anyway. ITs common to see ABS deletes from that era.

At 5:54 what's a Zanadari NSX 😂😂. Lmao it's Zanardi.
I never cared for Zanadarius edition items. Although I did like the movie Xanadu. I wonder if they made a zantana edition xylophone?
Anytime people make fun of TH-cam trolls it’s a good video.
Jesus Christ
Look at that house behind him...
Look at all the mansions...
Rich youtuber
Awesome job on saving and resurrecting that NSX.
Good job!
man please dont be so salty, everyone was right in those comments, you were just lucky :D, and luck does not equals wisdom
Oh well, it's my day off, I can afford to watch this twice. You made out real well for the price, def inspires me to invest in beaters for the low. Love your channel bro.
Why would you need abs in this slow ass car shit has like 200 horsepower this car sucks

Also, there's something really satisfying about taking an absolute nugget and bringing it back to a condition that's better than new.
Such a great flip. I think it was very smart purchasing that. You should change it paint to iridescent red
i think you did extremely well and you seem to be justifiably successful, you
have had some incredible vehicles in a short period of time.keep it up.
Wow I thought you'd be into it for a lot more than that.. so good job! I think all the work you did definitely brought your NSX back to life and with your own tasteful details : )

Reading the comments aloud was hilarious hoovie! 😂 we need more of that
You’re a patient dude with foresight.
I like what you've done to it. Saved a nsx, good job!
That mustang joke at 2:10 earned my subscription 😂😂😂😂😂😂 thank you
Origins of the car wizard
you're awesome, I want to make videos like this but instead I play it safe. a little motivation, I think so. thanks man!
love it. great build. seats look amazing. well worth it. people always compla about costs because they don't have it like that. as long as you do and it's a passion cost is irrelevant.
I'm glad you did the responsible thing with the old steering wheel
lol the steering wheel " Yesh" lolz love the sound of that always wanted one of the original Nsx so light and nimble and the look the 1st gen is the best looking.
Wow great job you brought it back to life, that's my favorite Japanese super car.
Good job! All that matters is that you will enjoy YOUR car. Everyone else can keep their opinions.
That turned out great! Love the new interior.
Very well done! Those seats look great! You could easily recover your money plus a huuuuuge profit.
I love these shows. 'Real', Entertaining, informative, 'light', fun. This guy's a mixture of Chris Evans, Chris Pratt and Ryan Reynolds.
how in 4 short years has your voice changed so much lol love your content Hoovie
The video was pretty good, the dude at the end was definitely two thumbs up!
Great choice on the seats.. They are beautiful
I like the early ones with the pop up lights better than the later ones.
