Your kachumbari (did I spell it right?) looks like the Sicilian tomato salad I make, but I use basil, oregano, olive oil and red wine vinegar! I eat it all summer long, when tomatoes are their best. The meat looked delicious. I'd never seen it made using mustard! You have such lovely friends. What a fun day!
