    Awesome review! So nice to see someone talk about the actual cost to use these strollers as doubles and you highlighted all the reasons we ended up buying the Gazelle S over the Vista (definitely feel like an outlier out and about but know it was the best choice for our family).

    I’m so happy that I’ve come across this video! I was going back and forth about my stroller choices. Unfortunately, the store I went to was very biased and was heavily leaning towards Uppababy by overselling it and not giving enough information or even poor demonstrations of other brands. Having come across your review has made one stand out and be a clear winner Cybex! I appreciate your honesty in this video!

    I bought Cybex Gazelle S after viewing a lot of reviews, and I always thought it was the winner for me. Yesterday my Gazelle S arrived and I found your video today, I watched it entirely and it is one of the best reviews that I've ever watched regarding single to double strollers!
    Thank you
    For me, Gazelle S is still the best choice! Folds easily, and it is sturdy but still easy to maneuver. I also bought Cybex Cloud G Lux. Perfect combo.
    It's my first child but we are planning to have a second one and until the second baby doesn't come, we can use it as a single, and works for us.

    Excellent video. I sold my demigrow because I didn’t like the bottom seat and the lack of storage space only to get the vista and now my toddler is too big for the rumble seat. I’m going to try and sell it and buy the cybex! Love the compact folding and the adaptors already on it.

  • @khadyoung
    @khadyoung ปีที่แล้ว +8

    Just crushing it. It's like you actually use the products instead of parrot their marketing materials. Who would have thought that would make for better content? LOL I had never even heard of the Agio before. Lots to think about. Thanks again as always! Any opinion on side-by-side vs tandem? Got our second on the way and have a Thule Urban Glide Double for long runs and neighborhood walks (steep hills and poorly maintained L.A. sidewalks). But I'm wondering if we need something (slighty?) more portable for the car. EDIT: Oh, and do you have any experience with the Thule Sleek?

    • @destinationbabykids
      @destinationbabykids  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      So for more portable I would suggest looking at the Bumprider. I have a video about that stroller. It is a small single stroller that can connect to another identical stroller side by side with magnets and then it can break apart again when it is useful to use it as two single strollers. The Gazelle and the Agio by far are the most portable tandem options. Agio is the lightest of the bunch. I would stay away from the Sleek because the children are so close to one another that it feels kind of bizarre compared to the other single to double choices. Nothing about it was particularly impressive to me and I do love Thule in general. I love their Huge strollers like the Cougar and Chariot. Sleek to me doesn't align with the other stuff they do. But I digress. I would watch the bumprider video I have posted and see if that might work for you. Congrats and best of luck.

    Loved review❤ wondering on the cybex if it has removable seat cover for throwing it in the washer

    • @destinationbabykids
      @destinationbabykids  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      So the fabric can come off and be washed but I would suggest getting a liner. Uppa Baby makes a stroller liner for $39 and I just tested it on my floor model Gazelle and it fits in the seat perfectly. That is an interior liner and you can take it out and wash it if it gets filth on it. It's just a million times easier than washing the stroller seat itself but the fabric looks like it is removeable if you need it to be for washing.

    Leaning Nuna Demi (Next) but the Cybex looks super promising! Does Cybex have an updated version since this video (since Nuna does?)
    Any questions I should be asking myself as a tiebreaker between the two? Love the push/positioning of the double Nuna, but love the lay-flat of the Cybex (can I put an infant in that and treat it like a bassinet?)

    would you say that the Agio baby would be ok in the snow? Tires don't look as aggressive as the Cybex tires!

    • @destinationbabykids
      @destinationbabykids  ปีที่แล้ว

      I do think the tires overall on the cybex look more robust but both strollers have lockable swiveling front tires and the agio has a five year warranty. I think provided you lock the front tires when you’re in snow situations on either stroller you’ll be able to push it without issue. I think agio is on sale this week for 20% off so hard to beat the sale pricing.

    Thanks, this was incredibly helpful. I was torn between Vista V2 and Demi Next, and now I'm pretty sure I'm going with the Demi. Nuna products just seem so much better quality and I didn't realize there were so many catches and extra cost to the Vista. The only thing I'm torn on is that the bassinet costs extra for the Nuna, and it's an extra $400, which seems ridiculous. I'd love to be able to use it as a travel bassinet, but I don't know if it's really worth the cost for the short amount of time it can really be used. Anyone have any opinions on the bassinet?

    • @destinationbabykids
      @destinationbabykids  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I would skip the bassinet. Im sure other people will tell you how much they love theirs but it's like its bulky to bring places and you're better off traveling with a pack n play like the nuna sena or the uppa baby remi and using those with the bassinet mode. Way more portable and much longer duration of use for less money. The nuna one includes the stand with the purchase price which is why it is pricier than some other bassinets that do not come with a stand. Hope this helps.

  • @toniquiogue1147

    Thank you for this extremely useful review. We are deciding between Cybex and Agio. Would it make sense to select the Agio because it is lighter (I am a petite mom to incoming twins) and because it is made in Italy? Also, the leg room for two seats seems to be a little bigger for Agio vs Cybex. Please let me know your thoughts and thank you again! We visited a store and the lady who assisted us was saying the Agio is not a “seller” so wondered why we were drawn to it.

    • @destinationbabykids
      @destinationbabykids  ปีที่แล้ว

      HI there! So every store is different for what sells well for them. I personally sell a lot of Agio and my sister in law (she also has a baby store) also sells Agio quite well. The seats are more generous than the Cybex and it is absolutely lighter weight. Agiobaby.com is where you can order it if your local retailer isn't particularly keen on selling one to you. They are also going to be on promotion next week for like 20% off the strollers and the car seats so it would be a good time to buy. It has a five year warranty so that is kind of hard to beat esp on sale. I hope this is helpful. I encourage you to buy what makes sense for you even if the sales person isn't into it. It's your choice and your money so get what makes you happy.

    Holy guacamole this review has rocked my world and made my decision even harder, lol. I thought I was pretty set on vista v2, but the extra cost for the second seat is outrageous. I almost wish there weren’t so many options, lol. Do you know if there’s a website to plug in what we want and it’ll spit out stroller results that match? I for sure want a sleep safe bassinet, I want a single to double for a future child, I need one that’s good for crappy sidewalks/wet & dry grass/gravel, and I don’t want or care for the car seat part (I have a convertible seat). I feel like I’m not willing to compromise on no basket, but I’m willing to compromise and get a larger/heavier stroller. Thanks for the thorough video and saying what others won’t! The cybex has the basket too which I love. I have 3 children, going to 4. I have a 2 year old. I am a huge fan of the baby jogger side by side stroller and used that for all of my children but then got a divorce and I don't always have my littlest guy. I want to go to a single to double so when I have all my kids we have a double but when I just have baby girl, I can use it as a single. I am pretty committed to doing the cybex. It just hits for me. A lot of storage space and the basket makes even more. It's a smaller fold, higher weight limit, flat recline, decent price point. I'm a little worried about the seat being too narrow because I've heard people complaining but I'll take a narrow seat for all the other pros.

    The peg perego ypsi is the same as the agio and it comes with a stroller and car seat. $640 after 20% off at BBB 3 years ago. Got the double adapter for 60. Very cheap setup.

    • @destinationbabykids
      @destinationbabykids  ปีที่แล้ว

      They are different because Agio has a 5 year warranty and the YPSI only has a 2 year warranty and they are offered in different colors depending on the model as well. Functionally they are identical. The five year warranty matters for customers who want to use it as a double and want that piece of mind for the additional 3 years.

    Hello. Soon to be parents of twins, so appreciate the videos and content. The Cybex seems to check a lot of boxes. Thoughts on it as a full time twin stroller? Or best value recommendation otherwise? We obviously won’t ever be using it with car + toddler seat configurations, so wasn’t sure if one stroller really stood out for always having two of the same seats. Uppababy is out for that reason, cost aside. Eventually lose storage with Nuna for price. Cybex and Agio, along with Venice Child and Baby Jogger CS2 all seem be comparable options. Any suggestions on one being better than the rest for that start to finish twin configuration? Thanks!

    • @destinationbabykids
      @destinationbabykids  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Love it as a full twin stroller. I would also consider thinking about a supplemental purchase of the bumpriders if it's not cost prohibitive. I would want one tandem and one side by side but I am very fussy about what I would want and I know most people don't want tons of gear. I like having the options. But if I were to only get one the Gazelle is a great choice you really can't go wrong.

  • @patpatmoomoo5524

    I would beg to see a video featuring the Nuna Demigrow and the Venice Child Ventura/maverick.
    I have searched (visit and calls) my local Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, local children’s boutiques and either they haven’t heard of Venice child or didn’t know venicenchild had a stroller.
    Is Venice child an Instagram brand or what?
    Anyways begging for that video comparison.
    Look forward to watching your child car seat videos as well!

    • @destinationbabykids
      @destinationbabykids  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      So venice child is a brand that is sold in stores but it's just like most stores don't really want to carry niche brands because they confuse the consumer and sometimes move them away from purchasing something that is more profitable. The biggest difference is that the Nuna seats are going to be larger than the Venice child seats but they do hold that same amount of weight. The other thing is that Venice Child is the stadium seating where as the nuna is the inline seat. The Venice Child is incredibly useful and has the advantage of the lower cost. Nuna has a better fold and stands when it is folded. Hopefully this gives you some relevant info but if you have more questions please let me know.

    Expecting our first child in a few months and have been looking for a pragmatic side-by-side comparison like this, thank you!
    I was primarily considering between Uppababy and Nuna (mainly b/c that's what all of my friends have), but am intrigued by the Agio Z4. The only knock I've read about this stroller is that the storage is a bit small (I think you mentioned this as well). How important would you say is having a lot of storage underneath based on personal experience and what your customers say?

    • @destinationbabykids
      @destinationbabykids  ปีที่แล้ว

      I always say storage is like a suitcase, the larger it is the more stuff you pack so I think it’s perfectly adequate, but some people just love to overpack and they love a big basket and they love a big purse and they love a big suitcase. I’d be fine with it but I am pretty confident that I only pack vital stuff when I go out with kids.
