    I chose 4. Instruct the student to check the vital Signs, only because you can't delegate a student to assess a patient. That was very tricky, especially if the student reports back saying the patient eyes and lips are swollen right after getting a medication

    Hey I love your channel you truly helped me pass the NCLEX PN on my first try last year 🎉🎉. Now I’m getting ready for school to be an RN 🎉🎉 I have a question tho. I think I found an ERROR. Under the tongue…isn’t that “ sublingual”? And Buccal means the inner cheek? Or can you use them interchangeably??? Thank you soooo much. Love your channel!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤

    Dr. Sharon, I have a questions regarding to the abbreviations. According to Do-not-use-list of Joint Commission, BID, TID & QID are not included in the list. However, in your video@27:27, they are taught as "DO NOT USE", so I'm confused. Please help.

    I'm confused regarding the question what should the nurse tell first to the student nurse regarding the patient with allergic reaction with enalapril, is it not a question about delegation? the assessment, planning ,care and teaching should be the responsibility of the registered nurse, isn't it? please enlighten me.

    I’m sorry but dependence and addiction is not the same thing. Many medications cause withdrawal symptoms like SSRIs, but they are not addicted to them. Dependence is a symptom of addiction but not the only one.

    • @klimekreviews
      @klimekreviews  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      You are right, but I don't think the NCLEX will test on the difference. They will use the words withdrawal and overdose
