It looks so much better against the wall.. and the staging of the cabinet is sublime!!! 4) I need to go thrifting/antiquing with you because your creativity and sense of style is on a whole other level than anyone I’ve ever seen!! I also like that planter outside that you put a pot in to elevate a pumpkin, genius! We are so rural no one ever sees any decorating I would do outside, so it's definitely minimal.

Thank you so much, Nora! I had been wanting to paint my front door for a year. The old blue paint was looking bad, but I kept putting it off. It didn’t take that long, so I don’t know why I procrastinated. (I think sometimes we just think that things are going to take longer than they actually do.)
I like Habitat's recycled paint, too. Everything is lovely! I varnish my real pumpkins so they'll last longer (spray varnish works as well as brush-on type).

You can get a bit more time out of those dried hydrangeas if you spray them with hairspray. It helps them stop shedding.
