I truly admire you taking care of your Mom, I did the same thing for my Mom she passed at 97 years old on Sept 28, 2023. I miss her so, so much!!!

Is there a sedative that may help her restlessness?
She takes meds. She's at a good dose. I don't want to drug her and have her drooling at the mouth with no quality of life. She's just busy and active like she was before Dementia. She's actually a lot calmer and less restless now.

Me and my sister's went through this with my dad. It was very hard and you need lots & lots of patience. Sometimes its good to play their favorite songs and sing with them. My dad passed on Jan 4th on my mom's and his wife's birthday. He was 89yrs old. My dad passed in March 2011. They are now together in Heaven and my two older sister's and I have two guardian Angels 😇💙🌷💓🙏🏽

This was such a tough time for all of us and I love to see how you don't just show the bad parts of it but you show how you see little glimpses of their personality and the little cute things that they. The issue is other people wear her clothes. If they are sitting down or in their wheelchairs, I just can't get them up to see if it's hers. The name needs to be on the front. Not in the back or anywhere that it can be concealed. That would defeat the purpose. xo

My mother had Dementia and was in a nursing home and her clothes, shoes, personal items Always come up missing we put her name on her clothes with a permanent marker that did Not help at all. I think it’s a Great idea that you get your Mother’s name Professional done. I Love your channel more people Need to Understand it’s a lot to deal with. On the other hand maybe it helps you deal with your pain of what she's going through and I'm sorry that you're going through any kind of pain having to see your mother go through dementia- your your wonderful person and she was obviously a wonderful mother and I know it hurts you but I really see that I think it's making her uncomfortable and she feels weird but I always having to be filmed I'm just saying my point of view I'm not saying that you're wrong for it because I don't know how I would deal with it but you know I mean it makes me feel sorry for her she doesn't like it

That has been tried! Doesn’t work! Other residents end up wearing her clothes. They sit in wheelchairs. I can’t just snatch them up and take her clothes. Therefore, name has to be on the FRONT where it is visible. 🥰
