Apologies if you already been through this but........
Yeesss I have made over 10 million doing this too.
Trade routes are very useful too.
Excessive amounts of pieces of eight go to the black market and buy all materials.
All of these things will keep you topped up.
Hell it's tedious but farm shipwrecks for silver, 300-400 silver all the ammo you need and repair kits.
Manufacturers once full just leave them till you have enough silver to start them up again.

What he doesn't tell you in that by blowing up the ship you cross The Helm and get ambushed!!!! All you get extra is like 4 brandy and a bit of Ale. dunno the further consequences yet

Thanks for this, I was looking for a method to get silver while actually playing the game, instead of just logging and re-logging to get commodities... If I will have to do that, the game will lose interest fast for me.
I want to play this, not look at loading screen. So now, I only need to do Scurlock's quest line.... and I suppose when that is done I get access to Rahma's?

Its easy but VERY time consuming, you still need to grind out mats, then wait for production, can easily be a several hours of waiting for any appreciable silver haul.

I believe 600 gold skull gets 150k gold. I just put the gold skull on overnight and farm the white skulls through my play time. Plenty of time in between waiting for supply network to refresh to do other things too

@@vAaron-X Ohh sure I'm not saying it's hard, it's a great ROI in terms of silver it's just very time consuming. Converting around 700 sugar cane, which can be farmed with a couple of fort plunders, into white skull is around 2-2.5 hours. Then converting half of that into gold is another several hours. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it isn't viable if you're willing to put the time in.

and then you need to gather materials to make rum/gin, and doing just the daily's isn't enough, hitting up the fortresses for materials is also time consuming, and some of the fortresses cant be done alone, the whole process is annoying AF, there is no unlimited silver.

Only ones that can't be solod are premie and megafort oosten. Rest are simple. Granbie is probably the hardest. But you can make alot of silver if you stop funding the factories
