  • If you would also like to order your own ULANZI L49 RGB light, here is the link to buy it! :
    Ulanzi L49 RGB led light - amzn.to/2PRvOLl
Just like keeping hydrated is important, so is giving yourself the right lighting and many of us tend to be exposed to warm-yellow light, which in the long run may not be good. The best light for studying is natural daylight of course , however when this is not available which light do you use to study with ?
In short : A light with a CRI of 90+ , with a temperature of 4500k and one which provides ambient lighting , in other words close to daylight.
Which is why the ULANZI L49 RGB light is the best light you can buy as all of that is adjustable and it is also quite affordable. Don't forget you can also adjust the brightness and also change the colours.

Yeh I have been struggling with poor and difficult to read problems due to 'bad' lighting in the room, yeh its light looks like evening fading dimish light, no wonder I am struggling, as you said, something close to natural sun light (ambient light) is what I need.

If you want a natural light, then you can buy LED with a high CRI. Higher CRI count, (100 is max) the better. 80 CRI are the most common cheap out there.

The one problem with LED is flickering, which can be headache inducing. I don't know what alternatives there are to daylight LED tough.

What is the lux at 23 inches, Im looking to put some above my 32 inch computer monitor. Or shall I go for 2? Or what about the Ulanzi LT002 7" RGB LED Video Light? Would this be better than benq or yeelite monitor light bars?

Good question , this light has a cold shoe which basically means with any phone stand holder (ulanzi) you can attach to it , basically look at cold shoe attachments for this light if you need guidance let me knw
