Orange and lit Jack-o-Lanterns have at least 2 spawns at Beaufort. Infront of a red (I think) house along the road leading to the church; and on a railing from the porch at the house directly east from the plane crash spawn, or the house that is facing the direction of the downed plane's nose.
I've also found the orange and lit Jack-o-Lanterns behind a building along the main road going through Fairview. I think it was the building next to the fire station.

I got my charred pumpkin by the portal, there's also normal pumpkins that spawn on the east side of mackinaw, as well as some nornal ones ashland.
