Hello Dr-I had a tear on both knees and had gone through miniscus repair almost 15 years ago. My knees sometimes have pain and I started the knee exercises like squats and complete bending etc but am seeing very little result and it is also pains a little. Its been two weeks and although I can bend the knees better but I feel pain while walking and on the bed. Shall I continue or give it a break. Doctor suggests me to do a surgery to trim some part of meniscuss or if possible they will stitch the meniscus. My thigh muscels reduced by 3 to 6 cm 2. Swelling not reduced (ghutna fula kom nehi hua) 3. Bending achieved 100 degree. If pressing more, its pain - both in knee and upper & lower muscels. 4. I can walk without cratch but not smoothly as before. 5. Feeling jam inside knee. Can't move easily. Please advise - the above issues will be solved with my ongoning home exercise or i have to go to physiotherapy center for more extensive exercise?
