hello I just saw something about this on either tv or another video and wanted to give my two cents not sure if it will help any but here we go
-keep trees small.
-keep foliage to a minimum
-keep trees under net until harvest.
-as soon as harvested cut all foliage from the tree hindering the insect from having food to eat thus spreading bacteria
-use the same wax used on the fruit to help preserve the fruit longer use that to cover the leaves.
-maybe throw a few oranges in a bug trap to rot so the bugs think its what they want and seek it out and get trapped
-grind up and spray the trees with jalapeno water nothing seems to eat on jalapenos well other than humans lol

Citrus fruits are not part of the upper storey of a forest system, so the proposed organic management will not fundamentally solve the problem. It is also not enough to plant hedges around citrus plantations. Rather, trees with a long life cycle that are part of the upper or overstory must be integrated into a citrus orchard.

Rolitetracycline introduced into the conductive system dramatically reduces greening infection in oranges, and significantly increases yield in symptomless lemons. I did the work.

Genetically modified citrus is the only viable answer if attempts to breed resistant cultivars fails . I know there are some "tolerant" (e.g., sugarbelle) varieties, but nothing that can be classified as HLB-resistant as far as I know.

Thanks for your comments. However, genetically modified citrus is not a sustainable solution for organic production. Therefore, it is important to take the agroecosystem as an integral part of the process, in which different factors must be improved to establish a control of HLB.

Citrus greening doesn’t seem to affect citrus grown in food forests. It spreads rapidly in mono crop orchards. I suspect the stress of a lack of soil mycology is leaving trees with a weakened immune system.
