As much as I disagree with many of Truths takes, his eccentric personality and demeanor is what keeps his content entertaining. Dokkan is a great game and all, but Truth is really one of those types of youtubers that you watch for the PERSON, not for the content/game they're playing. We live in a time where 400k def + 60% dmg reduction + type advantage gets you taking 120k per normal. 2018 me would have quit the game if he had known this was coming. Edit 2: The quiting the game part is a joke, just exaggerating how shocked I would be the find out abt the progression of the game, like I wouldn't stick around for 6 years if I didn't love the game. Who would have thought a short line would lead me to have to add a long ass edit. Edit: I don't think ppl realize how fast power creep is in dokkan compared to other gachas. Like yes, it's natural the game will get harder, and honestly doesn't matter cuz it's pve but there's not a single other gacha that comes to mind that rotates out units at such a rapid pace that is pve. Like, ww characters were aged out in 6 months, the previous year anni characters are unrunable, these are the most premium characters the game has to offer. And I'm not criticizing dokkan but literally 2 years ago 8M atk stat was impressive, now 20M+ is common place. It's pve so it doesn't matter but the speed they are increasing characters strength and event difficultly is stupid, most characters are about on their way out after a year.

If you would have had another rainbow orb or two with rose on that early clip you could have lived which is quite impressive. Using rose's domain would have generated rainbow orbs and given even more defense. In fact I'm guessing it's possible he could have at his peak double digit tanked it. Just being honest and logical.
The fun part about that last tidbit of jiren is that truth actively was sabotaging that rotation 😭 He used Brolys active skill in hopes broly would kill but failed resulting in giving jiren a 10% Damage received increase (gofrieza was doing way more to jiren than just 6m) If he actually wanted to live or actually win without fear of death he would have just 1) not bring a friend rose (is he crazy??) 2) save brolys active after gofriezas health was lowered to a point he could actually kill Deadass dodge only saved him because of his poor decision making and his horrible team construction, jiren with full AA would have actually murdered on the second phase but he chose to use brolys active on a team Jiren barely gets supported on, let alone an actual good rotation 💀😭
I will be honest i am not a fan of giving a 3% chance to dodge it is pretty pointless i think at least 10 dodge is better However characters have their own specific role and building them to cover up their weakneses is the key to beat some of hardest fight in the game Or just head down and pray for the RNJesus to assist you

Sometimes you have to take a step or two back and acknowledge that DAMAGE can be king and really help you in the toughest fights and can make these fights more consistently go your way.
In a fight like this, it's really all about just getting lucky You can crit and still do no damage to the final phase depending on the character You can not dodge and get one shot too

Plus his additional 2 50% supers and then multiple Normals. Goku black couldve double digit tank that on a good turn. So don’t hate on him on a bad turn.
