I live there, it's fun as a holiday not as great to live there, especially the schools, I would not suggest moving to or living in Grafton if you have children, the many rebelous kids at Grafton schools are a bad influence on otherwise good kids.
For us its a great place to live. As for rebellious kids, you will find that in every school in every town. We can look at the half full glass or the half empty glass, and whichever outlook we choose will be what we find, wherever we live. The circles of friends we choose will also influence our outlook too. Beautiful place to live.
I stopped by this town today. I live on the Goldcoast QLD.
That mechanical thing on the bridge is a work of art this town is a serious time machine.
