I think this ambiguity with typing has something to do with aging. I know an INFP that took the test 3 years apart and tested as an ISFP. So, the question here is, whether the person was an ISFP all along and they have analyzed and realized who they really are only after becoming an adult, or they just became a mature INFP that their functions have all balanced out.
Inorder to remove some of this confusion, the answers to the tests and the analyses must be based on what a person would want to do in a situation rather than what they would actually do, because, what they would want to do is based on their actual type and what they would do is based on their conditioned type which depends on the circumstances and the people they are living, and interacting with at the particular extent of time. And clearly, the person will adapt and hence vary in their social persona, but not in their actual real persona.

There are 6. Taeyong Mark Jisung Jungwoo Winwin and Ten
16personalities is not MBTI, it even says it on the website. It is basically the same as Big Five. Cognitive functions are real MBTI created by a psychologist, Carl Jung. Obviously it is not scientifically proven. The functions are also quite complex and people use them in different ways.
I am an INFJ based on cognitive functions (Ni>Fe>Ti>Se) and on personality websites such as Personality Database you can actually see us a lot, but it's mostly because Ni users and intuitives in general tend to be interested in MBTI and understanding the psychology behind people's behaviour.
Overall INFJs are rare, but definitely not the rarest based on what I've seen. ENTJs are possibly the rarest.
Based on Personality Database and my own understanding of cognitive functions, NCT has only one INFJ and it's Xiaojun.
That is how much people get mistyped just because of 16personalities being marketed as MBTI, when it has nothing to do with cognitive functions and Carl Jung's original theory.
INFJ is rare as per America's statistics. INFJs are pretty common in South Asia.

When I got into SKZ for first time. Chris gave me strong vibes of ENFJ T and I was right. In my entire life I never saw an ENFJ who remind me of my old self 24/7. Plus him being a counselor. But I would say isfp is way less thinker than N people, so they focus more on activitie. (Although they have the most intuitive trait among S personalities) SP people show that trait the most. Estp and Esfps also enjoy activities a lot but they tend to change their interest way more often than I-sps. That's why Estp and esfps are good at everything but less deeper than isfp and istp. Isfp and istp shows more craftmanships since they enjoy developing their own abilities. That is why they show talent in painting, building, or other activities that they can be very focused and use their sensing skills.I would say istps are more similar with isfps than infp. The vibe can be a little different tho hahah isfps are more like a dog, like jk. But istps has a more cynical, and cool vibe.
But isfp shows a very different personality depending on the A or T. Since isfp-t people are more common, People might think that's how all isfp behaves. But isfp-a are actually very different. Isfp-a people are more confident and don't get as shy as isfp-t and infp. They are more talkative and more active people. Which is totally JK hahah

People, if you want to type a celebrity, dont focus on what they say or do, but at HOW they say or do, anyone can be anything in the outside, but different types and cognitive functions have different ways to create their celebrity persona, which almost every idol does. Also, celebrities are constantly put in social situations, where they have to rely on their extroverted functions, but that doesn't mean they are their dominant functions
