Good luck in the regional. I’m still up in the air on going to pickwick and I’m on the boater side. Wish you could qualify for red crest like back when you could qualify for the forest wood
Congrats, Gabe!! Good to see you guys catching so many fish!! I'm going to plan to fish KY next year a few times to catch some of those big ole' small mouth!!
Thanks. Check out the MLF website. Click on Phoenix Bass Fishing League and find a division that you like. Probably best to wait til 2025 because most divisions are winding down for the season. th-cam.com/video/t30U-F8HILY/w-d-xo.html
I live here on Ky lake way south around Harmons creek New Johnsonville area and have all my life and I have never , well perhaps one or two times , but I've not seen as much bait as we've had this year . At times I kid you not bait was from bank to bank shallow deep it didn't matter. I would say a fish could close it's eyes open it's mouth and swim 30 40 yards and eat I'm serious. And even now the fish I've caught are fatter than when full of eggs with the bait they're eating. Yesterday morning I caught 2 brown fish which not only myself but lots have been catching more of and in places we typically don't or haven't and they for sure are showing up more in a big way. 4 green fish and they are on the upswing as far as numbers and even keeper size fish and 2 Spots which I'm not sure ever declined to much. But everyone of em look as if they're full of eggs. I say the Brown fish, Crappie and even Sauger are the ones that have really made a big improvement easily without a doubt around my area say Big Sandy to mouth of Duck. I'm retired and on the water on average of 170 give or take days a year and I couldn't give an answer that would be 100% positive as to why the improvement as seems everyone has a different opinion. IMO last few years great spawns for sure and TVA has been notorious in years past for holding back and the lake would get real high at times flood stage high and bout time the fish move up they would about always drop the bottom out of it and screw the whole spawn up , it would have lots of fish hold their eggs. And I believe lots have begun to spawn out wide out deeper which has stumped the fishermen around here which has led to some tremendous spawns. As well has TVA allowing the lake to come up in bushes and not drop it down last three years as a big impact with other factors i'm sure. Well that took bout 25 minutes to type with one finger and long I know but anything fishing I'm ate up with . Like those folks that having drinking problem if they don't have a drink they tend to shake and all. Well if I don't go fishing in couple two or three days I get them shakes and I've over slept this morning so I got to hurry. But I thank ya for getting me fired up this morning. Oh them dang Carp don't seem to be near as thick as they once were so maybe another good sign for the lake and lake is bout to turn over any day now. Awful long comment but kinda had lot to say but again thx for getting me pumped up and ready to go this morning !!

I caught a giant carp the other day on a square bill. He fought like this drum did with you.
Those carp are strong. I've hooked a few in the tail; and it takes forever to get them in. It's a blast though.
Great video fishing my part of the lake 😂😂😂 good luck Saturday buddy 👍👍
Thanks buddy. Heal up soon so we can go catch a few.
Congrats! What shaky head worm do you like to throw?
Thanks. I throw several different ones from Zoom, Yamamoto, Hawgz Custom Baits and Big Bite Baits.
What’s your favorite boat that you’ve ridden in? Best ride and fishability
I really like a Phoenix, Vexus and Caymas for the lay out. The driver has a lot to do with the boat handling
I wanna do this, how can I get involved? I loved this video dude.. it was like I was there!
