+Balarms7 Alright, if you listened, I am in the process of making the whole system in wire mold except for downstairs because my mom doesn't want to down there. Also I'm never going to flush mount things because my parents would kill me and it would be nearly impossible since all the walls are finished. I also rarely take advice from strangers
+Crisp Cuts Landscaping All fire alarm control panels run off 120VAC or 277VAC. Mine also has a battery backup feature that most other panels have too. I bought a precut extension cord with a ground at Home Depot, but you can just cut the plug off an ordinary extension cord as well and it'll do the same thing
Did you buy that key station new in box? If so did it come with the key? I want to buy one labeled "new in sealed box" but it does not mention anything about a key. I know the keys are hard to come by.
oh... it looked like since you were changing out all the stuff, well i wish MY family were that safe, sadly my entire house is protected by ionization smoke alarms, and 1 fire extinguisher, you are nice and safe, i envy that
Wow man that's awesome! Your system is really coming along!
Thank you!!! Really glad you enjoyed it!
@@ExitSign250 what does A.H.P. mean?
Watching your old videos feels like a blast of the past
i love the expansion. i love the changes your my favorite you tube channel
Thanks!!!!!!! Im so glad you like everything and that I'm your favorite!!!!!!!! :)
Neat. That system resets pretty fast. The MS-9200UD I tested a couple weeks ago took forever to reset.
Thanks. Wow, my MS-5UD doesn't take that long to reset
addressable Systems are known to take a while to reset. The more devices you have on a loop longer it takes.
That is very true.
that is awesome!!! I love the expansions!
Thanks! Really glad you did!
The sound that the 202-7a-001 was making was coming from the strobe charger
+sean juth It's actually a capacitor
Can you please put your MS2 in your next system test in your room?
+Ghast3965 Gaming Sorry I don't take requests until request system tests
ok that's fine
I love your alarms
Thanks!
no problem
Cool nice !
👍🏽
(kool kat)
You should use wire mold for the whole system and if you can, flush mounting would be very nice.

What's the new stuff
Is that panel plugged in to the wall or battery operated? If it is plugged in, did you make the power cord (i.e cut an extension cord)?

the system sensor spectralert sounds like a EST genesis

+Dave Got it used without key. I found a bunch of A keys for $2 a piece, but who knows where that listing is now
I'm surprised that the ANN 80 works with the MS-5
Those panels are compatible with the ANN-80’s. That’s one of the key features.
MS-5UD, and the entire conventional UD series.
Do you have the Fire Lite Software? I'm getting the Silent Knight SK5208 Panel Monday and downloaded the Silent Knight SK5208 Software for it
Do you mean on my computer, or on the panel
The computer software
+Fire Alarm How Too Guy Actually I didn't use the computer to program, I just used the panel itself to program the system
Cool. Lookout of videos of the SK5208 soon
+Fire Alarm How Too Guy Ok
Cool!
Thanks!
why are wires not in walls
+BrianGriffin1999 Because the walls are finished, and when I put up the system it would be impossible to run them threw the walls
oh yeah... kinda stupid to tear down walls for a fire alarm system for videos
+BrianGriffin1999 Well, my system isn't just for the videos, it's also here to protect my house, and my family

+BrianGriffin1999 Hehe, I only replace devices, just cause I have a lot, and I like replacing them, and creating different types of systems
awesome dude
+Beth Edwards Thanks
