My husband is from Aligarh and all these dishes are his favourite. We live in US now. He is such a big fan of Shibboji Kachori that he learnt to make it here. But we miss the flavour. Visiting Aligarh next month InshaAllah. Infact my inlaws house was walking distance from where you had Kachori and our house was walking distance from where you had Haleem Biryani.

At the Shibo Shop, you should have added the clip where they pour the ghee on your sabji, and than you are supposed to mix that ghee in the sabji before eating it. The pouring of good amount of ghee is very important for taste, quite dramatic and unique to this shop.
