Lots of things haven’t been on your bingo card. Although, we should’ve anticipated Envy’s true form considering Greed referred to Envy as “ugly” and a “hideous freak!”
@@MathPiHanan true!!!
I love how the Envy fight literally became a Dark Souls boss encounter: Clearly defined fighting arena, horrifying Eldritch inspired design, Ed has a friend to help him fight it all for the sake of souls, and it even comes complete with a choir chanting a chorus for us!
I have to wonder how much of this inspired elements of Dark Souls, or if it's all coincidence.
@@downeastbeast6448 you know what...YOUR RIGHT! It really does give out a souls like vibe. Too much for it to be by chance now that I'm looking at it. Hahaha
The show has already started to reveal a lot of what is going on but there is still a ton more to learn about that really helps make sense of everything that we'll see later on.
let's go, next episode will blow your mind!
@@jeffery6094 so ready!!!!
Ahhh! I get so excited for these episodes and it's hard to contain spoilers, so I'll just say that you're asking the right questions!
@emilytwist5581 thank you so much for that!!!! This was an amazing one
The way I interpret Wrath, as an emotion, is a protective urge to eliminate a threat. The question if Bradley loves his family is, at a basic level, yes he must. Because Wrath without something or someone worth protecting is meaningless. I would argue that it’s what fuels his anger, something he could potentially lose if he didn’t have the Wrath to fight back.
@@OrdinaryCritic ohhhh I dig that. I dig it
@OrdinaryCritic I also would like to add that Bradley clearly enjoys when things don't go to plan. Idk how much that had to do with Wrath (I think he could be bored without challenge, is how it plays into that) but he has been given everything. His powers, his identity, his position as Fuhrer, all given by Father. Everything in his life has gone according to plan, almost predestined. And Bradley is bored because of it. He rebeled in the one of the only ways he could, taking a wife, and adopting a child. It's the only thing that's HIS choice, a reflection of HIS power over his own life instead of Father's. So when Father's plan gets derailed (somewhat) by Mustang, the Elrics, and Ling, finally Bradley is being challenged. Finally, something isn't predestined, even though he has the overwhelming advantage. He can flex, have fun, and actually live instead of just playing his part dutifully.
The problem is with him in particular its hard to tell what is lies, as so much of what he says is part of his role as "Fuhrer King Bradley" instead of what he really thinks. So much of analyzing him is speculation. However, I would like to believe his conversation with Pride was 100% honest (as well as a certain conversation that I don't want to spoil down the line with a certain character near the end)
I know I already hyped it up on Patreon, but I want to further emphasize how crazy episode 26 will be
@@LaneGamesYT 🤣🤣🤣🤣. I may just move the reaction up to tomorrow
If this one is 10 out of 10, next ep will be over 10!
