I’ve also changed up a few things with my own personal diet, just simple things like adding more fresh fruit as a replacement for high carb/sugary snacks as I’m rather partial to a cookie or two with a coffee 😊 and drinking more water too, I’ve never been one to really drink carbonated drinks but I do like putting some sugar free cordial/barley cordial in water which makes it a lot less ‘boring’. Sending positive thoughts of encouragement from across the ‘pond’. Have a great day and nice week 😊🐈👍
