Goma At Home: My Version of Chicken Rice

Today I’m preparing one of the easiest chicken dishes that you can make- Chicken Rice
This Singaporean staple is simple and very soothing.
Then ingredients are:
Chicken Marinade:
Chicken Thigh Fillet
Salt
Black Pepper
Chinese Cooking Wine
Spring Onion
For Rice:
Ginger
Cloves of Garlic
Stems from 3 stalks of spring onion
Japanese Rice
Chicken Stock
Scallion & Ginger Sauce:
Salt
Scallion
Ginger
Oil

Hi Goma,
That is like Singapore white chicken. The slight difference is the chicken is boiled in brine , you can use your chicken stock to cook your rice and the sauce is with chopped green onions , white sugar, soy sauce and chicken stock . Wonderful, thank you.
