I am also suffering from a problem for years now but it still remain. At the beginning I was very disturbed and hopeless because I didn't have any knowledge of deen. But alhamdulillah Allah has gave me hidaya and intellect so I can understand the true meaning of any difficulty. Any one who is reading this comment this is for you : you are exactly in a situation which Allah has planed for you, you think Allah is not aware of your current situation so please listen Allah loves you more than your mother so never lose hope and trust on Allah. Allah knows and you don't. Have sabr and pray five times a day and then you will see the miracles in your life. I just want to bring ur attention to a video clip u had shared of Hina Bayat, a pakistani drama celebrity who was seen sharing her thoughts on boycotts...well, i think her stance was taken in a negative way by you and the other guests...if u watch the video once again, u will understand that her sarcasm is actually towards those people who are not making any effort themselves towards boycotting Israel's products...rather are provoking others who are boycotting Israeli food and beverages but using social platforms to voice their opinions....what she is trying to say, and which we all agree upon, is that social platforms, though Israel made, are effective tools in voicing our Islamic perspective. She did this by giving an example of how even the animals which are otherwise haram to consume, also become halal in dire situations. I urge you to please watch the video once again and clarify her stance on it. JazakAllahu khair.

She didn't justify eating from McDonalds and such, but rather gave an answer to those who make fun of us for boycotting.

Assalamalaikum Zia Bhai.....needless tp say, this is one of the most informative and insightful podcasts on youtube...i have been a regular viewer... I just want to bring ur attention to a video clip u had shared of Hina Bayat, a pakistani drama celebrity who was seen sharing her thoughts on boycotts...well, i think her stance was taken in a negative way by you and the other guests...if u watch the video once again, u will understand that her sarcasm is actually towards those people who are not making any effort themselves towards boycotting Israel's products...rather are provoking others who are boycotting Israeli food and beverages but using social platforms to voice their opinions....what she is trying to say, and which we all agree upon, is that social platforms, though Israel made, are effective tools in voicing our Islamic perspective. She did this by giving an example of how even the animals which are otherwise haram to consume, also become halal in dire situations. I urge you to please watch the video once again and clarify her stance on it. JazakAllahu khair.

I think Hina Khwaja Bayat (the woman in the video about boycotts), was responding to the people who make fun of boycotts against these fast food chains and say that if you don't want to eat their food, don't use their social media platforms either. She didn't justify eating from McDonalds and such, but rather gave an answer to those who make fun of us for boycotting.
True i think same but has been interpretated wrongly ..she was responding to those who make fun of boycott by saying dn dont use social media either
