What a beautiful year it has been watching you! My husband was hospitalized for months and had too many surgeries to count. MCC- Motorcycle Harley ugh. He de gloved his leg and had 5 open fractures on just one leg! You kept me entertained in hospital rooms, you kept me company in PACU, medsurg and nights where I had to sleep alone for the first time in 18 years. Thank you for having this channel Chris. I am watching you video from the dallas/fort worth airport and was sitting next to a place with the Diptique perfume and sprayed some of the leau paper to get that rice note. It is what you say on skin. I hadn't noticed that rice note from the nozzle.

Chris, I had the same reaction with Papier and had to pick up a full bottle immediately. I am very curious to see your thoughts about Navitus, I have only seen praises from reviewers who have reviewed( but also very careful with their reviews/ words chosen). The only way to sniff it is blind buy! I have had success with all your recommendations and I can’t wait to see it!!❤

Chris, you look so beautiful! I definitely need to try the elephant Penhaligon's. I have avoided Bianco Latte because of the hype. I am afraid I will find it boring as I did Escapade Gourmand. I have found that I do not love a lot of the very hyped vanillas, as I need something more complex. Is it interesting enough?
Hmmm. Well it’s very milky, heavy Tonka, heavy caramel very strong. Escapade Gourmand is lovely but not complex you are right.

First of all I really enjoy your channel. You are very knowledgable about the perfumes you speak about and I appreciate your style. You mentioned Sahara Noir by Tom Ford and that it has been discontinued. I don't know how you feel about dupes but The Dua Brand has a dupe for Sahara Noir called A Night in the Desert. I bought it because I love fragrances with incense in them and I would never be able to afford a Tom Ford fragrance especially one that has been discontinued. Anyway IMO this fragrance is amazing! Heavy on the incense, it was exactly what I was looking for. It reminded me of church.

Hi Chris! I was able to smell Eau the audacity and you are right it’s so similar to BabyCat! Actually, I like it better, I find Babycat a tad pungent, Eau the audacity is smoother. ❤️

I saw one of the big 200 ml decanters of Myrrhe Mystère at the Cosmetics Company Store a few weeks ago, which kind of surprised me because it's so new. I would have gotten it, but I bought one of the 200 ml of Ébène Fumé (which I love to layer with Noir de Noir) a month prior and didn't think I needed it. I have a bottle of Bianco Latte on the way so I finally joined the hype train, but I think it's worth it. 😁 Great video, as always!

My favorite is Bianco Latte! If I had to pick a “signature scent” that would be it ❤️ I’m not a leather lover, but everyone keeps raving about Sugar Leather that I might have to sample it.

I think it should be pointed out that Bianca Latte is a very juvenile fragrance compared to other niche fragrances. It’s the opposite of sophisticated and is a loud gourmand. If you liked vanilla candles or vanilla lip gloss as a teenager, this is perfect for you. If you don’t like it, it is hard to wash off. The bottle itself will keep a corner of the room smelling like sticky sweet synthetic vanilla. Your hands will continue to smell like vanilla lip gloss after washing them. Not a safe blind buy.
@@melliebe6029 Fragrance is subjective. I’ll give you an example. I’ve tested probably 40 Xerjoff fragrances in the last few years. These are scents that are raved about for their sophistication…real masterpieces that everyone must have in their collections. Of those 40 I can tolerate 5. I bought full bottles not because I wanted to be a fragrance snob…I really enjoyed them, loved them, & wanted them in my collection. I don’t buy fragrances because of what other people say & feel about them. I test them first & if I love them I buy them for me. So I guess I have juvenile taste which is fine because I’d rather feel younger than my age 😀

Just a small tip..I’ve been using the lamp candle warmers instead of burning candles and it’s a game changer! Highly recommend! My home smells like a Xmas tree forest.

Bianco Latte is wonderful Babycat sadly is way too much leather which smells like a leather shop gives me a terrible headache. will be selling my full closed bottle of Babycat because i just cant handle it. you really need to try Guerlains new Planifolia 21 Extrait! it lasts eternally its just beautiful and it has myrr and vanilla its so amazing!

Hey Chris I understand lots of people said this i was talking to my friend and she told me that it is less expensive than the Channel Exclusive line for there extrait per ml which is €240 for 15ml and no one is complaining about that. Guerlain should have made a 30ml
Oh my goodness. When you started describing L’Eau Papier I immediately went back in time to my favorite date ever. He was sooooooo handsome and we went to a sushi restaurant (first time for me). Gosh! That’s tough! In general I’m not a huge fan of vintage ; too aldehydic; too much heady florals, too powdery.
