많은분들이 소시지가 갈색이 아닌 흰색인 이유에 대해 남기셨는데, 돼지고기 보다 생선 함량이 많아서라는 대답이 많이 보이더군요. 하지만 아니랍니다. 아질산나트륨 이라는 성분때문입니다. 반찬으로 먹는 햄 또는 소시지류는 아질산 나트륨이 들어있는데 진한갈색이나 붉은색을 낼때 사용합니다.많이 섭취하면 건강상 좋지않은 성분이랍니다.영상에서 먹은 소시지는 아이들간식용으로 많이 팔리기 때문에 아질산 나트륨을 뺐기때문에 하얀색이랍니다.
영상에 나오는 소시지는 어육소시지이기 때문에 틀린말이 아닙니다. 아질산나트륨은 돼지고기 소시지의 약한 색을 더 진하게 하기 위해 쓰이죠.
아질산나트륨을 쓰는건 방부제겸 가공식품의 선명한 붉은 색을 내기 위한 거
. 그냥 고기 익히면 회색빛이나 검붉은 색을 띄잖아요.
저 소세지 일명 어묵소세지=생선(명태같은)살+계란+전분+치즈등을 이용해서 만들기 때문에 아이보리색을 띄는 거예요,
육고기는 안 들었구요.

맥콜은 호불호가 많이 갈리죠.
저두 싫어했다가 택배 상하차 하면서 좋아하게 되었어요.
그리고 소시지는 비릿한 해산물 향때문에 서양사람들은 별로 안좋아한다고 들었어요.

아질산나트륨에 의한 흔히 발색제라 불리우는것은 이영상에 나온 흰살생선을 갈거나 으깨어만든 어육소세지와는 다르게 돼지고기,닭고기 등을 갈아만든 가공육 소세지에 붉은빛을 돌게하여 더욱 맛있어 보이게 하기위해 넣는것입니다.
물론 몸에는 안좋으니 데쳐먹는게 좋지만 ㅎㅎ

The triangular kimbap is the same thing as the japanese onigiri? Here in Brazil specifically in São Paulo there is the biggest japanese community outside Japan and we have the Japanese neighborhood with tons of japaneses restaurants and stores. I always buy theses triangular kimbaps/onigiris at weekends, I like the Ume kimbap/onigiri better than the salmon or bacon. There is also a lot of chinese stuff too in the same neighborhood but the Korean places are concentrated inside the traditional jewish neighborhood across downtown and there are few restaurants and stores that are not so popular. I love it though.
The triangular kimbap is from Japan, so you are right.

Most of the sausages you know are probably made of meat.But there are a lot of sausages made from fish meat in this convenience store!And to add one more thing in the postscript, some convenience stores that are farther away have a lot of unique flavors, such as spicy, charcoal, and cheese. They sell it a lot at rest areas in the middle of the highway. Anyway, it was really good for me!

In Singapore, we have a similar snack as the bbushyeo bbushyeo! It's called Maggie, with several flavours to choose from, and usually, you're supposed to take out the seasoning prior to crushing the noodles so you crush it after the seasoning is first poured into the packet and you shake it! Love this when I was little!! hahaha :) brings back memories
