The baffling mystery is not just RM watches are hideous, its how they managed to convince people to spend 500K on their watch made of rubber and nearly impossible to tell the time and it's only been around for less than 20 years as a company.
On the AP watch, the Blue & Yellow version was built for the European Ryder Cup team (Euro Flag is Blue and Yellow) that are sponsored by AP (I believe 4 of the 12 players are sponsored by AP). V&Cs and PPs are great at the high complication level as Breguets can be very elegant but most of the time they are not as wearable as that Lange. Brilliant choice by a mile. I know I’ll never be able to have one of these but I can always dream. Hopefully we’ll get to see the video of Michael doing the trade off.
