That's not a front handspring. You need to put a bounce or force in to your hands to look like your bouncing. A really fast walkover is still a walkover. Practicing my handspring on a trampoline helped. It's safer too. Good luck😊

Thanks! If you’re squatting when you land that means you’re dropping your hips backwards. Keep pushing them forward the entire time and you’ll have it!

If you want to eventually get a front handspring from handspring or front handspring front tuck you have to land with you’re legs straight not in a squat position because you get no power 😊

I already have my front handspring b out this was very helpful to improve it because when I land I bring one arm up before the other
I learned by doing a really fast front walkover
