    This level crossing is situated on the Craigieburn line, which shares tracks with V-Line Services to Seymour and beyond. It is located in between Moonee Ponds Station and Essendon Station.
    The crossing equipment used consists of:
    - Westinghouse LED Lights
    - MK&H Crossarms
    - General Signals E-Bells, 1 Type 2 and 1 Type 3
    - Western-Cullen Hayes Boom Gate Mechanisms
    - 2 VR 5" Bases, and 1 VR 4" Base.
    This crossing has not been listed on the Victorian Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP), so this crossing will be staying here for the foreseeable future.

      Wait there was a Type 1 there before? Or was it a Type 1 Adjusted? Either way I wasn’t aware 🫤

      @@pengo34789if you check on stuart hunt's video of this crossing(stuart hunt is a train guy too)or if you search "Pinguin boom gate" you'll hear the type 1's

      @@pengo34789if you go onto stuart hunt's video(a train dude)you'll hear the type 1 combo with a type 2 and if you search pinguin boom gate, you'll actually hear two type 1's(the crossing had two type ones 14 years ago)

      Wow, those Type 1's sounded pretty nice, sad that they were replaced because now Macaulay Rd, Kensington is the only crossing with Type 1's that I'm aware of
