Lower Sunshine was real good on Tuesday I think we are going to try there Saturday. Upper was good on Monday both have 20-24” of ice. Shorelines were good upper might need a plank but lower had solid ice 18” from the boat ramp.
I am headed to lower this afternoon. ( Friday ) I will probably be fishing by the dam on lower. Thanks again for the encouragement to get out one more time.
Awesome Video. I would like to purchase your coat hooks 'Xmas Trees" You said in the video it was available at scheels....do you remember what brand or what the are actually called? Can't find them...please help a fellow fisherman
Thanks! Not sure I can take credit for it. As soon as I uploaded my video, I found another one with a similar idea. Hopefully it will make the ice a little more comfortable.
It doesn’t do too bad. The tent cover still fits fine. Just a little bit of a bubble on top of the sled. Instead of raising up just in the middle, it is raised up around the entire tent. Should actually make the cover travel better in the wind. Stay tuned and I will try and include it on future videos. Thanks again!
Hopefully I will fall asleep! Last year on Cascade, on the last day of the trip, I could hardly stay awake. I wrapped the fishing line around my finger while laying in the tub of the sled. This time I will be comfortable with the BlueTipz on the Jackers if needed. Looking forward to seeing your next trip!
