I always like seeing the birds :) Side note: One of my favorite things orchid-wise is before/afters of rehabbed orchids showing how much they've improved. So if you're ever looking for ideas, that's one I would contribute. Thanks for the content, as always!
I love this format of video! It's cute to see the feathered babies ❤. Could you show us more about your routine with the plants and orchid collection during the week? Like, how frequently you spray insecticide, how It's your care routine in general with watering, cleaning and things related. I'm starting a collection and would like to see how you manage the plants in your life cause I'm struggling a bit 😂😂
Any more of these video’s is always welcome, I am making my list for the International orchid exhibition next week in Belgium 🎉 And yes, I have no space for more orchids…. And yes, I do not care 😊
I have exactly the same hybrid (bought it 3 years ago in north of Germany) & I‘m so happy with its beautiful citrusy scent, too! It blooms reliably (sometimes even twice a year) on my northeast facing windowsill. Absolutely can relate 🙏
I found what I’m fairly certain is some kind of schilleriana hybrid at my local grocer, and I just discovered that it has fragrance. It’s a beautiful, light scent, that can’t quite be described. I think I need some more scented orchids. That cattleya is gorgeous!
Congratulations on your great videos! Have you ever felt the fragrance of Cattleya Walkeriana from Brazil? I suggest you make a video about this beautiful and fragrant orchid. Hugs.
Cattleyas are so beautiful. This may be off topic but I highly recommend the Brassocattleya Taiwan Big Lip, it's very fragrant at night, a little in the day, and the most striking feature is the massive lip.
my copper queen has radical hues of yellow and orange variations with spots. The smell is Ambrosia and stops by 10 am. Double bloom at the moment so...🎉
Hi , could you , please, talk about Carmela orchids? I purchased a very small BLC Waianae Appeal Carmela couple of months ago. It is growing quite well but I can’t find enough info about it. Love your channel! Thanks!
I saw many websites who says that cattleya intermedia is fragrant and even one saying that it's one of the best fragrances... I saw also websites who sell intermedia and note that it's fragrant... A bit confused! Have a nice day!
Hi, my intermedia was not fragrant at all, so I'm just talking from my experience with the one I had 😊 also the Chantily Lace only has an intermedia herritage of 6%. It is peloric, so it must have been intermedia aquinii. My intermedia was aqunii, she never had a fragrance. The walkeriana herritage is 21% making it a more likely 'culprit' for the fragrance 😁
@@MissOrchidGirl Thank you! I saw also Caulocattleya Chantilly Lace 'Twinkle' that's not indicate like fragrant and... I'm hesitating if I command or not, because I love beautiful fragrances too...
Question: I have multiple phalaenopsis orchids in desperate need of repotting. They are all healthy and bloom yearly but I fear I left the repotting go to long as many long roots have grown through the slots in the pots making it impossible (I think) the repot without damaging the roots and setting back the orchids I have cultivated for years. Any suggestions? Should I destroy the pots to preserve the roots? Or cut the roots to remove the orchids from the pots? Thank you!
Bifoliate can get trifoliate. I have one which always was a bifoliate but last years the 2 new psbulbs grew 3 leaves. That happens. Its still a bifoliate. I discussed that with another experienced orchid-YTer who answers/reacts to comments.
I desperately want to find nice outer pots like this one to put my repot me slotted pots into. I can’t seem to find any that are just slightly bigger that do not have drainage holes and preferably aren’t plastic. Any suggestions anyone?
Looks like white bridal catleya 😊😊

Your princess looking so beautiful...
This is a really laid back chill type of video, kind of like your repot with me videos. I like them!
Great idea!! The history and story behind the hybrid! Can’t wait!!
Any more of these video’s is always welcome, I am making my list for the International orchid exhibition next week in Belgium 🎉 And yes, I have no space for more orchids…. And yes, I do not care 😊
Yes show and tell! Love it!
One of my friends gifted me a division of his Princess Jacky and it started growing. Can't wait till it blooms 🥰
Thanks
Based on the leaf shape I think i found it!!! Right now recouping, but I remember the flowers are a little smaller …. I hope it’s the right orchid😊😊
I just found a cattleya at a nursery looking like your princess Jacky, called Cattleya Little Angel.
O look at the little Princess Baby Beautiful 🤍
Just seen Jacky this week on a show. It’s going to be the one I looking for now!
What is it called?

Hello! What is the name of your version of orchid?
Looks similar to the Cattlianthe White Bridal

It has been said before, but the Cattleya White Bridal looks quite the same and the fragrance is the best and strongest in my collection
Do you have a bird video? It’s so cool, I’d love to see them!

That Orchid is just beautiful (like you) and I love Joey!! ❤️ I think your idea about a Wednesday series is a great idea!! I'll be here!! ❤🎉

Omg.....this orchid does look like your birdie😂....so strange....but i love the comparison😅
Hi Danny, what is the typical blooming season for it? just so I know when to go flower shop hopping.
Hi, it blooms more in the winter and spring for me 😊 but nurseries can temperature control their greenhouses so you can find it at any time in shops!
@@MissOrchidGirl Thank you for the response! I think I'll try my luck this week then.
Are these grown indoors with led? If so what light cycle should I tune it to 18 6 or 12 22 ? Thank you

If we wanted to purchase something with fragrance, could you share where they might be available? Thank you.
It's a trifoliate! Not unifoliate, not bifoliate, but trifoliate! ...at least judging by the front cane. 😜

Danni it’s gorgeous but it looks like a white danlion flower yea I know it’s not spelled correctly but I hope you know what I mean
Dear , this is a Cattleya dolosa var. alba. ^_* ; Michele
.. a Primary hybrid of Cattleya species C. loddigesii and C. walkeriana. Fragrant
