Take 1: I messed it up
Take 2: I fell in love
I prefer 325° F for 40 seconds FIRM pressure with a COLD peel

The time and temperature you used for the heat press were both too high. I've used cendale dtf film many times and it worked well. My usual setting is 302°F for 15 seconds.

Thank you I will try lowering the heat settings and try again! 💜💜💜💜

If you print on the frosted side its better. Also do you use a cadlink or acrorip software to coat your image with a white layer?

Hello Ashlee! We appreciate your feedback on our product, and we're sorry to hear that you've been facing difficulties with it. We have some suggestions to improve your user experience:
    1. Scratches in black prints: These may be caused by printer ink splatter. Try cleaning the printer nozzle or contacting printer customer support for assistance.
    2. Difficulty in peeling the film: Adjust the heat press settings to our recommended range of 293-320℉ (145-160℃) for 15-20 seconds.
Hope it helps! Please feel free to reach out to our customer support team for assistance. We'll do our best to resolve any problems you've faced and ensure you have a perfect user experience.❤❤❤
