Lo que hace Carreras en todo este recital es impresionante. Es una pequeña muestra de su enorme talento y calidad. No entiendo porqué algunos necios se niegan a reconocerlo como uno de los 10 grandes tenores de la historia. Su derroche de pasión y calidad supera lo que muchos tenores consentidos de la crítica. Yo creo que Carreras es el mejor, respetando ideas divergentes. Hay muchas cualidades comparabls entre tenores, el sobresale en prácticamente todas. La longevidad vocal es relativa.
