Dana H i found the silicone mold she uses for spheres on tmon.co.kr/deal/2814786702 and the silicone mold she uses for the honey cheesecake on tmon.co.kr/deal/2846706194. i’m pretty sure they only ship to korea though, so to get them you have to go through a third party website called koreabuyingagent.com. you just send them the links to the items you want to buy and they’ll buy them for you, then ship them to whatever country you’re in. it takes a while but the products work really well and i couldn’t find them anywhere else.
Dana H as for the pan she uses for cheesecake/mousse recipes, i recommend searching for 15 cm pastry rings on amazon. if you cant find any, try amazon.co.uk or amazon.co.jp, which are the amazon websites for the UK and japan. hope this helps 😊
Whenever I saw a video of pouring chocolate ganache over cakes I always wonder... so what happened to the leftover chocolate that's sitting underneath the cake? It's such a waste to rid of it. Can we use it again??
