not a baby, this is a boy that is old enough and should already know how to behave. he obviously has some kind of brain issues because all this mom does is yell and hit constantly and it has no effect on him whatsoever. she will keep hitting and yelling and he will turn on her very soon. this boy has no respect for parent and does not comprehend right from wrong, this young man needs a physician to help his problems with his brain.
