It’s our 40th Anniversary and we got absolutely everything we wanted for this trip on the Wish! Palo Brunch, Enchante Dessert, Royal Gathering and then this!!!! No, you do not pay in advance. You pay when used. However, I think once you are on the ship, you cannot cancel. They are hard to get, but people often cancel directly before the cruise, so keep your eyes open! Worth the cost.
