    Bawas bawasan na sana ang pagkain ng mga fastfood, instant noodles, chichirya, softdrinks, tapos yung mga unli rice pa. Tapos samahan pa ng mga pagka adik sa gadgets at social media kaya tinatamad na mag exercise.

    BP ko 113 over 78, walang bisyo - alak or sigarilyo. Okay lang kumain ng mga maaalat matataba at matatamis. Pero siguraduhin na mag exercise para mailabas ng katawan.
    Sobrang mura na lang ngayon sa shopee at lazada ng mga blood pressure reader.

    I got hypertension after getting astrazeneca vaccine. I was really surprised because i always had medical checkups every 6 months. After the vaccine, i became hypertensive.

    Gustuhin ko man bumili ng pang maintenance pinipili ko na lang ibili ng groceries,pambayad ng bills.😢 Binawasan ko na lang yung pagka adik ko sa kape,di na rin ako kumakain ng maalat pero para di mabigla e binabawasan ko yung asin sa pagkain ko. Buti na lang di ako mahilig kumain ng matatamis. Occasionally lang,di mo naman puwede tanggihan ang offer sa iyo ng boss mo tuwing birthday mo eh. And every uwi galing work,naglalakad na ako kesiyo mag tricy,saktong 30 minutes kasi siya home to work. Kaya everyday may minimum exercise

      Ako nalaman ko lang high BP na ako nung nagpa dentist at need magpabunot ayaw ng dentista bunutan at high BP daw ako kaurat 😂 tanong ko bakit doc? Baka daw atakihin ako sa isip ko eh yun nga gusto ko eh para tapos na lahat ng problema ko 😂

    Namasukan ako sa manila ang naging amo ko doktor daw kuno pero ang stocks nyang pagkain puro matatamis at junkfood at puro karne at grabe ang alat ng timpla nila nong minsan binawasan ko ang asin at pampalasa nagreklamo na matabang daw ang luto ko kaya sinunod ko ang timpla nilang maalat ito after 2 weeks nag off ako dina ako nakabalik kasi dina ako makalakad at ang sakit ng tagiliran ko at hirap ako umihi nagka UTI na yata ako yong trabaho ang hanap ko pero ang nakuha ko sakit 😢,dito sa probinsya dito sa bulacan sanay kami dito na matabang ang timpla at puro gulay kami dito at di kami dito gumagamit ng mga pampalasa...

    Kasi ang kinakain ng mga Filipino ngayon. If not salty it is sweet and oily. Mga main meals may sugar pa if not oily it is dry. Lalo na yung mga mahilig kumain sa mga fast food chains. Hindi marunongvkumain ng salads puro dry , dry and fried meat with just rice ang kinakain ng mga tao dyan

    bp ko dati 156/95 highblood..bagsak palagi ako sa mga inaaplayan ko kaya nagresearch ako ano gamot..tanglad or lemongrass po gawin mo tubig. nagpakulo ako ng lemongrass tas nilagay ko sa ref. yon ginawa kung tubig within 1 week, epiktibo po promise .bp ko after ko after 1 week ay 111/80..good po yon lemongrass..

    Sad reality for Filipinos dahil hindi lahat ay kumakain ng Healthy Foods dahil sobrang mahal talaga ang bilihin sa panahon ngayon mostly mga maralitang Pilipino ang hindi kaya ma-afford at hindi rin lahat nag-gi-gym dahil mahal ang Membership Fee. Kung hindi afford bumili ng gulay at prutas pwede naman siguro na magtanim kahit sa bahay niyo lang. Pwede naman maglakad, mag-bike atbp. bilang exercise

Sa japan at china, di ganun kadame ang obesity rate compared sa pinas, both countries staple food ang kanin. Isama mo pa ang indonesia, malaysia, at thailand, mga asian countries na staple ang kanin pero ang obesity rate at case of diabetes at hindi kataasan. Kaya nga mali yang mga kuda niyo eh.
