@@gabeherophenom406 I had to slow this section down because human fingers cannot move this fast when playing piano unfortunately. I can't get both hands involved in these chimneys, either because the song still needs a driving rhythm. So, during the parts where the chimneys are supposed to be "chopped" I couldn't put them in. Sorry bout that.

I'm one of a few handful of teens in my country who's learning organ. Every week I get 30 minutes in my local church getting lessons on the big boi organ. My dream is to be able to learn this whole song and somehow get access to the brand new massive organ in my city's main church and record myself playing it. Some day, that's gonna happen. This song deserves it.

i know this video is 4 years old but please let me sing my praises about it! but ive recently gotten back into clone hero after like over 6 years, and this is so exciting to have found. i love how Soulless 5 sounds- seeing how faithfully you recreated it (right down to basically replicating the chart itself, wow, i see you Caged) and still having it sound like a realistic piano is so neat. I really like that you mixed things up in the Chorus repetitions by adding chords instead of just having the same measures repeat 50000 times. Thieves into Conspiracy sounds completely epic on piano, like we're walking right into battle. you captured Xyphos' epic buildup into Tripped so damn well, i could basically see the solo marker pop up in front of my eyes LMFAO.
the most surprising part of watching this, is that, something about the way you have this laid out actually helped me understand how Chopped Chimneys works, even though it's not an exact chart. maybe it's having the notes more spaced out, but looking at the CH chart, something just clicked in my head lol. neat!
once again i know this is from years ago, but thank you for putting this much love into this project! im totally downloading the midi to listen to offline LMFAO ❤
Thank you a lot! I spent a lot of time on this video trying to get things sounding exactly right, but nerfed enough so that it (theoretically) could be played on the piano. I spend hours and days playing the original song at 25% speed and basically drawing all the notes onto the piano roll in FL (I made this before exilelord posted the midi file for the original song), so it really makes my day seeing a comment like this.
Appart from a couple of segments this was done incredibly accurately
What parts weren't accurate?
@@dtrinitypersonal Pirates was 1 octave higher and some parts that had fast note streams had only one long note. There are some minor problems as well that I'm not gonna list because I'm lazy

Why does Thieves A sound so much better in this? Like what the heck, it's one of the best sections in the song now after being pretty unremarkable in the original.
Also you hecking nailed the epic feeling of S5's Xyphos. I always thought before S5 that Xyphos was wasted potential for an epic buildup to the solo, which is why it's my favorite part of S5 (after Synthetic), so this is great.

Great interpretation. The original Soulless 5 has moments with different brutality, while in yours even Chorals sound like the main theme. Great atmosphere.
A few suggestions:
1. Add bass to Abaddon, because now it sounds a little bit disconnected from other, more infernal parts of the song.
2. Bass is too low in some parts. Adjusting it a bit might improve the overall sounding.

Well, it is certainly impossible, but it would be extremely difficult, learning from synesthesia is very time consuming as well, if someone transcribes this into sheet music, it'll be possible for someone to learn.

Ivory all the way to Synthetic is imo the highlight of Soulless 5
Overall I enjoyed it. I liked what you did with Caged, Cathedral, and all of Ivory. Although there were some parts that I felt were too low or bland such as Pirates (a very important part of S5).
I honestly wasn't a big fan of the pirates section, and I didn't know how to make it sound better.

@@SJNaka101 there are no notes being simultaneously played with that large of an interval (except for victory which I changed after I realized). If you are talking about rosary b, you just have to have fast fingers.
