I am but I am turning my TH-cam channel into a business and the channel is doing well and I am trying to grow it with content like any business makes money 💰 working hard to get myself out ..
I don’t understand why some people don’t see my TH-cam channel as a job /work and I am trying to turn my channel into a content business .. like thousands of other You Tube creators do … the only way I can do this is invest the money I earn from TH-cam back into the channel
Hope you understand what I mean any business needs to grow and I am trying to grow
I work full time a long side my channel I don’t understand why I have to explain over and over
I could easy just set up a shop and sell koi / pond equipment/ all the normal koi dealer stuff and earn a living.. but I am trying to grow my channel and earn a good wage from trying something different
I am trying to turn my life around and it’s paying of slowly I am focused and like any business it don’t grow over night …
TH-camrs /content creators can be a full time job if you can make it work and I am trying
Hope you understand what I am trying to do
And TH-cam is there for everyone one to try it as well but it’s not easy I am 5 years in now and all the hard work I do is paying off
Hope you still like the content and my videos I just love this hobby and if I can do it I will keep trying

James, I’ve been following you for years and reached out to you when you came out with your addiction issues etc but I’m struggling to understand the latest pond build. When you started this I thought the idea was to show people how to build and keep koi on a budget, that’s seems to have gone out the window. First of all I appreciate your comment but as I have said I many of my videos the newest ones my plans had changed and my fishing videos don’t do so well and sometimes it’s nice to go fishing with out filming and taking a little break but I have explained this in so many videos my plans have changed and my TH-cam channel is doing well and I want to move forward with the channel and get myself my koi studio up and going that means my ponds at home need to look after them self and the drum is the best way for me so I can make more content that’s the only reason mate

I got sent it from a TH-cam channel called cat and eye koi definitely spelled that wrong but hopefully Steve will put a link into his channel or comment for me
Im looking to get a skimmer when i re do my pond are you gravity drawing from skimmer or pumping from skimmer james
Gravity to start but that’s why I use the rubber boot as can just pump it right over the shower if it don’t work out right
@@JamesTHEKOIwhisperer123 I don't see how that skimmer works ? Usually they have a flappy bit that floats or a circular bit that bobs up and down to skim the very top layer of the water regardless of if the water levels drop or rise ?

It’s there if you need it bud just let me know if it’s 2” or 1 1/2 I have a spare evolution aqua one brand new got it to replace the one on my nexus 220 but didn’t need it in the end you inspired me to build my first pond nearly 10 years ago since then I have moved and rebuilt a new pond with a window and now looking into a Draco combi unit for next year
