In high school I lived up in the hills of the city I lived in and had a view like that of the city lights down below. the picture looks dead on like the view at night. I even had a couch outside in the empty lot next door to look down it. quite amazing. too many feels
I live inside my city, but I love going up the hills that surround it to just see the view and be in nature. I have yet to be up there at night, but now, because of you and of the song's background, I just might want to try it out. :D

Idk about you but i think theres probably about 7.4 billion people out there who don't even acknowledge my existense let alone give a damn about it. I didn't become who I am today and certainly won't make a dent in that 7.4 billion people by staying exactly the way I am.
So, my grandfather passed last week of today and it's been a pretty rough mental ride for me because I also have a final to take for my summer class, which i'm doing terribly in, this week. I had to fly out to the funeral and i'm just washed out right now and this song is offering me some piece. I've heard it before, but this really gives me some closure for the week. Thank you for everything Sheepy. I appreciate all the music you share with us. I hope everyone is having a better week than I.

Sometimes there are songs that stop you in your tracks. I usually skip through songs 15 seconds at a time quickly to get the jist but i clicked 30 seconds in and everything stopped. This is rather rare with a song, to be honest I can't even remember the last time it happened but I just wanted to share that I subscribed to this channel and many other music channels for hopes of moments like these. This song speaks volumes... Yet all it has are a guitar, vocals, an organ of sorts?, and one other instrument I cannot identify. As long as this song may be, it most certainly feels like we're listening to a tragic story unfold ever so gracefully. The vocalist sings very softly yet it seems that he is in pain, it's as if he is slowly fading away into the afterlife. The bayou possibly symbolizes a gate to the afterlife. That, or a love story that came to an end of a couple in which the girl has died falling to her death as the lyrics imply. A very tragic aftermath in which the vocalist reflects on the importance of being alive and the memories they had together vividly in his dreams. This is great material for young writers and a song that will no doubt give you the feels. Though sadly this may be the end of Experimental Week, another one will appear again in the near future. There should be a playlist on this channel with the experimental week tracks in case you wanted to hear more unique and rather odd music on the channel. My favorite from this week was Travelling Light, what was yours?

I discovered this song about three or four years ago.I was a teenager and i was literally in a bayou which i couldn't save myself from it. I had no serious problems but it was so hard to fight with the stress of becoming a young adult and deciding who and what will i become. At the nights i couldn't sleep, i used to listen this song and draw something until the morning.And of course,like many of us,i was always afraid of having a bad day and i was nearly sure nothing will change and i won't never be happy. Depression was like a part of my character. It still is, actually.But i can say that you can defeat the despair by the time.I started to study at university and i am getting a better version of me. Sometimes you can't change the things, you can't change your feelings.But believe me,you just need to be self confident.And don't forget that no one is more important than yourself. It all get better. Don't cry, don't raise your eye, it's only teenage wasteland ;)))

You, along with everybody else, obviously have a preferred genre, so after a while of being with the channel, you know which songs you'll end up liking by the type of picture alone.
It's so sad that the experimental week is already over, but to be honest, your uploads are always on point and help me through the day, no matter how i feel, good or bad, sheepy is always there. This song continues to consume me every time i hear it. as it represents the loss of my love of 3 years, one of my biggest failures to date. Through all the despair it gave me at first, it has instilled me with much hope for the future.

somethings happenin to me... I feel bad! the one I love is in love with another... that other is one of my best friends :) I feel happy for him but at the same time I feel bad... is this normal? like I've been restricting schooling since I see them both and I've stopped going to places where I see them... my head hurts. I keep thinkin about her.. the last thing which makes me feel a bit up is expressing myself like this... in this comment section! I'm too young to take decisions now...
