For me this is spesial , it's coz not much "malay " can make cuisine claypot chicken rice 🍚🌾
What amazes me here is how he remembers the particulars of each order. Chicken, beef, pork etc. This guy's got computerized brain & robotic hands. Hope they have new blood coming up to learn the trade. This tradition/culture/skill is fast dwindling amid current cooking styles.
You need to have a heart ready to be waiting when eat here! previously go with my friends have to wait about 1 and half hours😂

Claypot cooking is an ancient technique in India too, still practised by hill tribes and jungle dwellers. It has also found its way into high-end eateries in the big cities. Anything cooked in claypot is very refreshing and rejuvenating in taste and aroma. Meats come out heavenly. So, I can guess how good this claypot chicken rice must be to eat. The entire process is a delight to watch. I have been to Malaysia and I greatly admire the country's street food. Thanks for uploading this wonderful video.

Had just one issue. Too much soy sauce was added in the last stage before mixing everything. It practically DESTROYED the beautiful and contrasting colours of the original dish, finally making it look like a dull, chocolatey concoction. Next to taste, the visual appeal of a dish matters a lot.Too much soy sauce also KILLS the virgin flavour and wholesome taste of the meat. In my opinion, the mixing of the rice and the meat with sauces (should be separately supplied) is best left to the diner who can rustle it up as per his own individual taste. The video should also have included some shots of diners eating on site.

Nowaday a lot of claypot chicken rice stall using shortcut cooking style, they cook the rice in claypot then pour in the soy sauce chicken which had been cooked earlier and stir it then serve to customer.......the chicken not warm at all, end up I just put aside
