inspiration? this guy said it himself he got psychotic after that marathon where he didn't sleep for three days. This guy is crossing his mental capacity. You can even see a little that it has affected him mentally, this stupid desire to run unnaturally long
***** I mean Good Morning :-) I understand what you are saying, trust me I do.. I used to run-well a lot more than I do now. Anyway I felt the same way that you did as far as distance running or ultramarathoners until I read this book. But again, I do understand what you are saying. Here is a link to the book I am talking about: www.goodreads.com/book/show/6289283-born-to-run
My face is very long and narrow. This is the secret to reducing wind resistance when running and not feeling tired. This is the greatest discovery of my life
Great respect for Dean Carnazes , a true hero. But Giannis Kouros is the man when it comes to ULTRAMARATHON. What Kouros has achieved (160 world records) will be very difficult for anyone to try beat .
Restpect❤
Total lunatic. And it's people like him pushing the boundaries of possibility that change the world. Inspiring dude!
Insane. This guy puts a chill down the spine of elite ultra marathon runners. Uncommon amongst uncommon runners.
Wow, what an amazing man.
You dont see Letterman lost for words often
Oh man I needed this laugh. Thank Dean. I'm 55 and haven't been running a year yet but I'm fighting and beating Myasthenia Gravis everyday
That's awesome. "I don't want to belittle the other teams" but he himself beat teams of 12 people. Awesome
Just amazing..What an inspiration you are Mr. Karnazes. :-)

Lets interview Giannis Kouros who is the greatest and ultimate marathon runner. He never got the credit that he deserved.
So when he runs for three straight days how does the whole crapping thing work?
Great respect for Dean Carnazes , a true hero.
But Giannis Kouros is the man when it comes to ULTRAMARATHON.
What Kouros has achieved (160 world records) will be very difficult for anyone to try beat .
What I would give to have a body that doesn't produce lactic acid
Wish could do this
I think his using meth to run so far
I think that is the dumbest comment I've ever seen
Man the audience is so annoying.
