Just in case 38 people haven't said already here in the comments, Goku did go SSJ2 in GT, when he was fighting Rildo, it's for a very short period of time towrds the end of the fight (I think) so it's barely noticeable, but he does go SSJ2... Great vid btw!

In GT, when Goku becomes super Saiyan 3 for the first time, you dee super Saiyan 2 for a little while. It is just never fully used.

Are you sure the person that got a foil was from draft box 1 or 2? 1 has normal chances of pulling either while 2 is only foils.
