You, gentlemen, are true teachers. You have so much knowledge, and share it a thousand times over. And no matter how many times you share it, it is still yours. Great job on the video. Greater job on the teaching.
You guys have this down to a science!!! You guys continue to bring educational, entertaining, and amazing video quality every single time y'all post videos. It is very easily seen that you guys take pride in what y'all do, and bring us (the viewers) wonderful content. Keep up the great work. HAPPY HOLIDAYS AND GOD BLESS YOU GUYS!!!
That's some great Coyote hunting video there!! I really enjoy not only your technique but your video quality and editing is second to none. Thanks for sharing and God Bless.
I think this was probably the best night hunting of coyote footage I have ever watched. Y'all did an amazing job with the narrating, the video footage, and the information given out. I was always under the opinion white lights spooks the animal, but after seeing this, that's not the case. I don't mind red light but it's harder to see them at distance and red light just doesn't light them up all that well far away. I just recently got a new green light that's much brighter so I can't wait to go out and give it a try. Thanks guys for the excellent video and for the information!
In the last two years I have purchased a scanpro light, then the following year a thermal scope from UNV. Then I replaced the rings on my day scope to ZRO Delta. All three items in their own way have been a great advancement to me. This season I got my first kills using thermal, 5 so far! I still get so excited I forget to press the record button on the thermal scope, 🤣🤣. So I have 2 out of the five on film which I share with the cattle ranch owner. It’s good to show them I am making a difference. Oh yea, I also have on miss 🤣🤣. Keep videoing and placing them here I have definitely have gotten great info from your videos. Merry Christmas to you guys and the family.
I'm addicted to these Night Crew videos. Among all the channels out there on TH-cam, I believe yours is the best. I notice that you have a portable light fixture that has four spotlights on it. Any chance of finding out where one of those could be purchased at? A very useful and effective tool!
we need to help this channel reach 500k!! Subs…content is by far best hunting show I’ve ever seen on TH-cam. Educational, entertaining and amazing quality. Well done fellas!
Yall are lucky, not 1 critter in these south Georgia woods sticks around if you hit it with white or regular halogen. Haven't tried green but red works great, it's like you're not even shining them. I use a red light to scan and an nvs on the gun.
For what its worth I have a tri colour lamp and use it for rats and rabbits so abit different to what you's are using it for. I believe: Red - best all rounder, shows good eye shine and silhouette and least likely to spook what I'M HUNTING. White - will work but not quite as good as red. For animals that are stationary and blend into their surroundings then white is inferior to red. I use this when moving around or recovering prey. Green - over saturates the area with light and offers ME nothing that the other 2 can't do. At the end of the day use what works for you and if someone else has a different preference so be it. 👍
Superb choreography, amazing, how you get the song dogs and cats to cooperate. Lol. Seriously, great production, photography, audio game calls, to the how to's. Great job as always.
Great vid you fellas put out some of the best quality content on TH-cam you should be very proud of that, keep up the great work and hope you have a safe and happy new year cheers Yogi Australia 🇦🇺 🤙🤙
Another fantastic video. And Ouch That's Going To Hurt line was just brilliant.. One day when I get back over Stateside would like to get out after cats and coyotes
I remember reading somewhere that you guys use a .243 but I was wondering how 5.56 works against predators? I currently have an AR15 and I’ve seen many videos of people using AR15s to hunt coyotes and was wondering where a good place to start would be. Do I have to have thermal or just a good light system? I’ve also noticed you typically run suppressors and was wondering if you noticed a difference between not running them?
Just make sure that your AR in question likes feeding your chosen ammunition, and that you got a good optic up top. Other than that 5.56 works great as a varmint round, especially the ones that undergo expansion, from regular hollow points all the way to more expensive rounds specifically designed for varmint hunting. If you're certain you need a name to look for, not a hunter I know talks bad about Hornaday Vmax. Also this is what *I* like, but if I'm hunting varmits from a static position, I usually switch to the smaller 10 round magazines, no reason you can't use standard 30s, I just find it more comfy. Like they were saying at the end, the Scan Pro head-mounted light is much faster than using thermals, they seemed to like it quite a lot. I noticed that they use a lot of suppressors at night, and that clips of their unsuppressed shots usually happen while the sun is still out. Night is when varmints are most active, so an unsuppressed shot at night has the downside of scaring more away in the surrounding area. That's fine if you're after 1 or 2, but you'll be elongating the time/ amount of nights you spend outside if you're looking to clear out a high number.
This was a little humorous to me because the narration kinda reminded me of Marlon Perkins. "These cats are really just curious animals. Look at him yawn" blammm!! Lol
Man me and my buddy have been trying to night hunt and we just have zero luck. Great spots, set up right on top of em and just can't close the deal. Considering a thermal scanner at least.
What’s the minimum headlamp lumens you recommend? I have been using a thermal pretty unsuccessful, have a few head lamps I may try to work with but they’re not super bright, hunting in Alabama I don’t currently have a ton of huge areas too hunt, is a 300-400 lumen light gonna cut it?
Chris I noticed that your Fox pro was only like 6' away from you when you were calling. My Fox pro has a volume that goes up to 20. When you start your Stands What do you start out with for volume . as in what number For volume. Have merry Christmas and happy holidays to you and yours Sincerely the Bakers in Maine .
@@nightcrew3115 Thank you for the reply brother I'll have to try to give that a shot I've been running a Fox pro Patriot For the last couple years now And start off at volume 5 and work it up to around 12 But then I feel like it's too loud but if you guys are running around 14 to 15 I guess it can't hurt buy trying All of you guys info Really helpsIs in making a lot of us better predator hunters. So thank you very much. happy holidays to you and your team!
You too. One motto I’ve always lived by is if they can’t hear it, they ain’t coming to it. That doesn’t mean blast it on 50 everywhere you go lol. Just means make sure you point the call in at least a couple different directions before you leave a stand. That’s why I really like multi speaker options that Foxpro offers. Let’s you cast in two directions at once. Bottom line is we will try and make sure they can hear it in the size area along with whatever wind may be at the time. Around here in good conditions with certain sounds that’s around 15
Back in the day we used to form a tab out of duct tape around our "Ray-0-vac/ Ever Ready" pen lght and safety pin it to the side of our ball cap. They would show eyes from quite a distance.
14:32 is crazy to piss and sh*t yourself and and and have your leg shot to in half and and and and all because you STOPPED when some told you to Stop what a awful night for the coyote good riddance tho
Eye and ear candy fluff. You give the people only what you think they want to see and hear. The drippy, dramatic music is such a joke. I’ve had it with these videos that are only for artistic and melodramatic entertainment. And a product endorsement to boot! Without really even giving thorough information on the product. What about answering the question with the science behind the coyote visual spectrum. I’m shopping for a good light for the exact same purposes as a farmer, and you gave me zero helpful information. For those of you actually hoping to learn something, coyotes cannot see very well at all into the red wavelengths. But What do these guys care with their near movie stage set lighting? Yes, I’m in a bad mood, as I just wasted my time, and the title purportedly implies they will accurately answer a question. But All i heard was “ just get whatever light you feel like man.. it’s just a feeling dude gotta go with what’s in your heart”.
The creators get a kick out of it, that's why they will never get the views that they want. Also ,they replay the same crap over and over again "that one my friends zigged when he should of zag." . also the cometary gives me the creeps. like they lay in bed together after they're done shooting. ahahahah, But happy huntings gnaiyght crew

You guys make it look easy. It seems I could go out 2 years and not get what you do in a single few hours.
Cheers
that's because it looks like they hunt in like the PERFECT 1000 acre farm
I love to see you guys track patterns and hunt them based on animal behaviour psychology. 🥰
And explain them to us so we can keep up and involved 😜

Great shooting and more good information!
12:15 heart shot 💖
Another great video. Merry Christmas everyone.
In North Dakota, we are only allowed to use red, green and amber.
This was a little humorous to me because the narration kinda reminded me of Marlon Perkins. "These cats are really just curious animals. Look at him yawn" blammm!! Lol
I grew up with white light, except it was not that white. It was either incandescent or halogen if you could afford it.
What type of setup do you use for filming? It looks like there is four beams? Four separate lights or a big one piece outfit? Thanks.
Badass freaking video! That triple was amazing. Merry Christmas to you guys.
Can you shoot a normal scope while using a scan pro solo on the head without causing glare in the scope?
Great advice. Blessings from Australia.
Thanks guys
Great video, Chris. Don’t listen to the haters. Keep doing what you’re doing.
Water on a ducks back. Thx for watching 😊
What lights are you using under the camera, is there anyway I can buy those somewhere?
Can you use headlamp with regular scope?
That's sheer class!
What lights were you using under the camera? Are those the same lights you use on the rig?
Wich scan pro light should I get? One of the combo lights with the different colors or just straight white?
Man me and my buddy have been trying to night hunt and we just have zero luck. Great spots, set up right on top of em and just can't close the deal. Considering a thermal scanner at least.
Fantastic video and shooting what happens to bobcat’s when shot
Well nice shooting and Merry Christmas
What scopes do you use for hunting with light? Normal scope?
Can you do a video on how you setup your light system on the tripod?
curiousity killed the coyote, and an occasional cat. love your videos bro.
Do y’all have merch website? Love to get some hoodies. Love the logo
I think you guys need to start selling that big light set up I would buy one to start recording my varmint hunts with my son
Are you guys still using the Rico Alpha?
Which scan pro are you talking about?
Oh nevermind! Just got to the end of the video! Lol
I see you use a handheld thermal device when scanning, would you be willing to share the information on what handheld device you are using?
Yes sir that’s a Trijicon Reap 35mm
@@nightcrew3115 thank you

No, but the sniper hog kit . 66x light with 40 ka head light both in red
Good show
My problem, New Mexico doesn't allow lights. I have to use thermal only.
Where can I get a light like that on the tripod
14:42 is all I can say.
I bet that heavy headlight gives you a headache after a few hours.
Me a animal lover 😍😍..Also me Great shot 😀

Wow super

North Texas huh? 👍🏻
Infra red is just bad ass, for anything.. If you're lost, bad ass, hunting, yep almost cheating..lol
Those some big coyotes
Can someone explain why they shoot non cats? I know coyotes are nuisance where I live .
