One of the nicest conversions I've ever seen. Makes my Prevost Country Coach look shabby. LOL

Thanks James had never really seen the inside of a Parliament. Very very nice. Feel of a Elegant Lady for sure.

I like that your tours are always solid with stable camerawork and you obviously rehearse so you don't look like the bumbling stumbling salespeople that try to do a tour. I also get a kick when you shoot a mirror and say "hello!"

Thank you. My toxic trait is I don't rehearse, I just try to edit around my constant bumbling :)

I’ve not seen the Parliament brand before but, anything that Newell does that is on other brands is clearly top quality. I’ve always questioned the way that roofs are designed and manufactured in the industry and only see failure being the resulting option. Water and nature will always highlight mediocre/bad design, what surprises me is that the design doesn’t change and improve to eliminate water damage.😵😳. Nice video James, thanks 🤗😉👍🏻

Thanks for the review James. Parliament did a great job on that conversion. If those awnings are not working hopefully the control boards are not the issue. Possibly made out of "unobtanium" thus requiring a board repair or hopeful bypassing a limit controller. Don't ask me how I know...but I do know.

Beautiful bus. I like the nondescript tweed cloth. Stay safe and healthy.

Quick, but great review. I wish other reviewers would climb on the roof for a thorough inspection. Thanks for the tip on the fan.....I will definitely upgrade mine!!!!

You know James, you do a nice review. Knowing the anatomy allows you to do the surgery. There is a parallel with RV reviews done by a technician. Do you fix all the things you mentioned before sale?

Why not stick the magnetic CB antenna on the giant steel bracket 4 inches away from where they attempted to mount it? Nice coach! Great job as always.

FYI Prevost has several generation of slideouts. That coach is a 2007+ chassis, so that generation did away with the the upper pins.

James Great inspection video and the roof is one place that does need to be inspected once a year. What are your feelings about delamination on the XLII Prevost coaches and have you seen any in your inspections. I have seen some in videos and understand repair cost can get pretty expensive. I prefer the riveted coaches as they seem to have no problems with delamination.

Could be wrong but.. I don't think those brackets are powder coated. I think a powdercoating would be less brittle. ...although I have so little experience with powdercoat finishes failing I'll admit I'm not sure. ...It's plastic.

Wow really nice and its a 2009 gee guess I would have to look for a 1909 lol . These are so nice but most
are priced to high for say middle Class people. We have to get an older Tiffin because they are nice and
affordable to the average person. I can only guess this motorhome would sale for around $559000 tell me
if I off on the price. Hey AZ question I'm looking at a 2005 Newmar Essex motorhome it is 45' long but this
motorhome was factory ordered with so many add on . Please tell me what you think. for 125K.

All that high gloss just looks gaudy to me I don't think most of us even people with that kind of money live with a house that shiny besides I like myself the way I am I don't need to try to prove to myself that I've made it by all this shiny stuff.
